Good price bit not clear about ssd
Good price but you weren’t clear the hub cannot use NVME ssd, so I had to a nd black what I had bought and get the Sata ssd. Not all of us are in top of these things!

Wish I had read the reviews! False advertising common practice for this company!
Gorilla Gaming advertised limited edition Series X with Xbox store giftcard included. I recieved the Xbox no problem, but gift card no where to be found. Contacted them immediately, they completely ignored until I contacted them a week later. Got the "we're looking into it" run around. Another week passes, still nothing. I follow up again and the response is just "yeah we actually don't have the gift cards, but here's a store discount instead". Wtf, took over 2 weeks to get a store discount I don't need or want. I told them that days ago now, still no response.
Wish I had read the reviews first, looks like selling products they don't have and then ghosting the customer is a common theme. If you've got alternatives I'd strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Purchased a pre order item that said it would ship on release date. After the fact it seemed obvious that they had oversold on their website and didn’t actually have the stock (selling what they didn’t have). Have contacted both of their email addresses multiple times over the last month about delivery times and most recently about getting a refund. No response, had to initiate a charge back with my credit card company, big pain in the ass. Do not buy from this company!

Excellent keyboard and excellent service by Gorilla Gaming
I recently picked up the Lofree Flow Lite Keyboard from Gorilla Gaming, and overall, I’m really happy with both the product and the service.
The keyboard itself is great—super slim and stylish, with a smooth, tactile typing experience. The low-profile mechanical switches feel really nice, and I love how compact it is without feeling cramped. It connects easily, and the battery life seems solid so far. That said, I do wish it had a bit more height adjustability, as it sits quite flat. But that’s a minor issue, and it’s still really comfortable to type on.
As for Gorilla Gaming, their service was excellent. Ordering was easy, and the keyboard arrived quickly and well-packaged, with no damage. I appreciated the tracking updates, though the shipping took a day longer than expected—not a big deal, but worth mentioning.
Overall, the Lofree Flow Lite is a fantastic keyboard for anyone looking for a sleek, mechanical typing experience. And I’d definitely order from Gorilla Gaming again—their service was smooth and reliable!

Not good.
Ordered an item from Gorilla Gaming a while ago. Received a ‘shipment is on the way’ email and a tracking number. Tracking number doesn’t work, so I reached out to them. Haven’t heard anything back unfortunately.
Customer service is non-existent.
Delivery times are a joke.
Will not be using this company again in the future.
.. I hope I eventually receive my item.
