Very good All-In-One POS system

Their team are amazing, customer success Kyle is calm and knowledgable. Their team seem to know the inside and out about running a restaurant, their POS solved lots of the problems we couldn't resolve from our last provider

I’d give it zero stars if I could.
Placed an order through the Snappy website app thinking I’d actually get what I paid for. Big mistake. items were missing, what did arrive was cold, and clearly had been sitting for a while. I ordered a full meal with sides and drinks — got half of it, no drinks, and the rest was wrong. Tried contacting support and the restaurant, and all I got was finger-pointing. Snappy says it’s the restaurant’s fault, the restaurant says “take it up with Snappy.” So I’m just stuck paying for stuff I never received. Absolute scammy experience. The app is glitchy, unreliable, and clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Avoid at all costs. You’ve been warned.

We signed up for Snappy’s POS system few months ago and it was exactly as advertised. Support staff helped us onboard quickly and still responds quickly whenever we have any questions or issues. Would recommend to other restaurant owners.
