Did not receive all of the required information and documents. Repeated emails remain unanswered, was able to finally get through via phone only to be hung up on. Spent over 600.00 to have documents completed. This service is NOT RECOMMENDED. Wish I would have just gone through other avenues. They would have been less costly and more efficient in the long run.
Inability to read and understand instructions in English and poor customer service.

There needs to be better communications with client. There also needs to be an awareness of the obligatory information required to file for business registration in Quebec and a better description of the steps necessary. Both of the above were lacking.
We need up to date information and the newest information we were given was from 14 years ago. When I tried to explain this to the service agent, she just kept cutting me off. $300.00 for something that I can't even use.

Concierges are polite and helpful.
The garbage chute controls don't make sense and the elevator being out of order so often is not helpful.
