they are scammers, I received money from an unrelated purchase that I went to make. and they wanted to continue taking money from my card. cheaters.

I never signed up for joining this company,they are unwilling to to refund my money and talks about credits.I live in South Africa so where do I spend those credits

It is very good, with good consultants since they are fast as they can.

In case you want to deal with this company, please, think twice. And better do not deal with them. They will steal your money pretending to be a descebt business, which they are definitely not. You will not get any refund, in 4-5 month after realizing that they are just robbers, you will get an email with apologies and an offer of a refund in case you give their company the highest rank for their "so-called" service. Whatever good rating given to them you see, be assured, they bought it by offering to reimburse the stolen money. A good proof is a sentence that you "were not given any incentive" for your rating, you are sharing your true experience....

The service I received was beyond my expectations. They tackled my problem with speed and precision, ensuring I was completely satisfied before closing the case.

Was scammed into joining this website,took 3 emails of me complaining about this and them taking money from my bank account.Was then contacted on the 1st of July to say I would get a refund for money they had taken If I left a review on trust pilot which I did and so left a positive review,was then contacted to say I would be getting my refund within the next 5/7 days to which I am still waiting to receive and when I have emailed them regarding this I have been ignored so please avoid this company.
