Membership Refund Experience

I tried to cancel the membership but the experience wasn't fantastic in the beginning as the consultant wasnt able to understand my request. But after made several conversation, they did able to refund my membership fee without hassle.

i am pleased that the follow up was made proactive by them.

Membership error

Opens up access to a multitude of worldwide on-line shopping experiences, special promotions & discounted prices which non-members are unlikely to source for themselves. Sounded too good to be true. Without having/reading all the information and terms & conditions, I signed up for membership in November 2023. I contacted gostaysafe to cancel my membership with immediate effect, when I had access to, and read, all the terms & conditions which included details regarding fortnightly payment collections and no refunds would be issued although membership could be cancelled at any time.
The Customer Service was polite and helpful but reitterated the no refund policy. I contacted my Bank to prevent any more payments being taken & again sent a further email cancelling membership, requesting a full refund & that no further payments would be available from my bank.
I thought that was the end of the matter, the initial payment would not be refunded & I would need to chalk it up to experience and ensure that I read & understand the terms & conditions before signing up for anything.
I am unable to remark on how well the company works or the extensive stores that membership would open for me as I cancelled my membership almost immediately so did not take advantage of this offer, hence the three stars. I feel unable to give 4/5 stars as Gostaysafe would like, obviously, but my membership was cancelled almost immediately I had signed up, therefore I would be awarding rating for something I did not experience, which imho, would be wrong.
Gostaysafe were easy to communicate with by email & remained polite in their messages even although I admit I did get a bit frustrated when they did not appear to understand why I was asking for a full refund. True to their word, no further payments have been taken & no refund made.
Yesterday (tues) I recieved an email telling me that a refund is being processed, only a few outstanding details were required from myself.
I must admit this was a bit of a shock but a pleasant one and I am grateful to gostaysafe for their continued input.
Gostaysafe would appear to be a decent company to work with AFTER reading all the terms & conditions.

Great offers, unfortunately not for me.

The company did have some great offers, but I joined their membership by mistake. Once I had contacted the customer services team they cancelled my membership and have since offered me a full refund.
They have been generally very good throughout the process, and contacted me to offer a refund.

Not sure what’s going on

Not sure what’s going on, got offered a drill for £3 via FACEBOOK.COM, my bank account was debited £2.61 by hicartoon.com .Investigating further I could see my next charge was on the 1.1.2024! What’s this I thought. Now hicartoon.com seems to have changed to go stay safe.com! The internet seems like scammers Kingdom to me?

Scammer!

Scammer!

They run a rimowa ad under an airlines here in Philippines, and I clicked the link, I believed it's legit until I processed payment, it did not have OTP and just like that, they've scammed me 3 usd and now on a subscription to pay 30 euro in 3 days. F.u.
