Go study Australia have been my saving grace in applying for my student visa and defacto visa for my partner.. Francesco is incredibly accommodating, competent always on call when you need any information or help he's a legend, and a fantastic communicator he made everything so easy for me and my partner.. If you are looking for a free agency to assist you with your student visa application, this is the one I would recommend without hesitation and I highly recommend getting in contact with Francesco he made the whole process Smooth and quick.

Francesco has been the best help from the first second we got in contact with him. He literally helped my partner (and me as well) with every step of the visa process, which isn’t the easiest one. He explained everything perfectly always and not one question was too much (and I had MANY, haha). The process was a bit stressful to us sometimes, simply because there are many steps to make but Francesco always calmed us down because he knew exactly what he was doing which made the process so much easier. We really would not have known how to do this without his help and we couldn’t be more happy with our decision to contact GoStudy and to start the visa process with them and especially Francesco.

I first emailed Francesco in April 2022 and received a prompt reply the following day. Francesco (and Stefania the couple of times I emailed her while Francesco was on annual leave) were very helpful, friendly and guilded me through the whole student visa application process. They were there to answer any questions that I had and replied very promptly. Chiara who finalized my visa application and guided me through the payment and submitting of it did an unbelievable job too! The constant support and the customer service was unbelievably professional and they made the whole process so easy from the off.

I first got I contact with Francesco back in 2020 on 10th March. All the way up untill I eventually came to Australia in 2022 14th March I received nothing but support, reassurance, vital information but most importantly I received great customer service.
