Always helpful and friendly.
I haven't been in contact with them for long time,till last week that I had I little trouble with my visa, I asked for information and they replied me straight away! They helped me two years ago to come in Australia, and even if I'm not doing courses anymore they're still available and always ready to help.

Awful and upsetting experience. I was asked if I wanted them to file for my student visa as they had helped me find a college and a course to start, I said yes and trusted that it would be done as it is part of their job. Only to then receive an email from immigration telling me my current visa had expired and I was now in the country illegally.... meaning GoStudy HADN'T APPLIED FOR MY NEW STUDENT VISA like they said they would! It has been a very stressful couple of months since it happened, and its still ongoing! I am very disappointed in this company and have not even received a sorry for what has happened. My whole life has been turned upside down just for someones lack of motivation in her job.
* Update - After numerous calls and emails, I had a couple of meetings with the branch Manager, she was very apologetic of the situation and said she was going to try everything to solve the matter. After much discussion with her and also the Director, both parties came away satisfied. Although I am of course wishful this never happened, I am grateful that they have helped to fix the problem. They have now had an agreement written up so this will hopefully never happen again.

I’m very happy with the service from Go Study. Francesco is a great agent. He helped me during the whole process with my study and visa. When I had a question he replied most of the time the same day and was very helpful.

She helped me for months by sending me course options & being patient enough to wait for me to research the college. She was very honest about which schools are not very good quality & which ones students raved about.

As soon as you show interest in GoStudy they partner you up with an advisor immediately. This advisor will guide and help you along the entire process. Start to finish! They help you find which college and course is right for you. Starting with what you are interested in studying, followed by all the colleges that offer courses in that field, where you would like to study, week days or weekends. Riccardo G then had all the paper work ready at an instant for me to fill out and send back, then he made sure everything went to the correct offices and colleges. COE - check. Then with every international student, we must have the correct health cover (outlined in our visa). Again all the correct paper work was received and sent back. Medibank - check. Now once we got to the visa, Riccardo was always in the email chain however another advisor that strictly focuses on visa process was introduced. Stefania O, They help you fill out the entire visa to ensure everything is in correctly and in the right place! You do not want a little mix up to cost you the opportunity to study in Australia. Once everything was in we waited, it took almost 2 weeks to receive the granted visa however it could take longer. Visa - check!!!

I was ready to start booking Australia without even stressing about the paper work of enrolment/medibank/visa.. AND all their help is free of charge!!!!

The first thing I noticed about Francesco was his accuracy and cleanness in his emails. Plus, he constantly provided me with all information I needed, super fast, always there, very professional. Going into unknown areas and trying to obtain correct visa and all requirements can be hard as well as scary.
