When I placed my order, I was not informed that I would also need to pay customs duties. I did not expect to pay such a high total price for only two lotions, including customs fees which amounted to almost half the price of my order. I was obliged to pay, it was against my free choise. If I knew I would never make such order, it didnt fit my financial means. Not satisfied...

The product Gosupp shipped is good but pricey
The product Gosupp shipped is great,well packaged. Only downside is it’s expensive compared to the original seller price (4x) but I really needed it so sacrificed. Shipping price is understandable but surprised with customs bill that I had to pay, Gosupps overcharges and should cover customs charges. My package total for everything was apx 100 for a 40 product

I have ordered dates from them as I was travelling overseas things didn’t go as plan delivery was getting bit delayed
I contacted them and told them about my issue they helped me out with options either updating delivery address or refund
