Sneaky, unexpected $53 duty fee
I was happy to have found a product I couldn’t find in many places BUT 1. I didn’t realize how small the product would be (my issue!) and 2. I had to pay a $53 duty fee!!! This was on top of the $19 shipping fee. Never again. So I ended up paying almost $200 for four small travel sized items. Never again. I don’t know why they’re not showing the exorbitant duty fee explicitly on their site or when you are placing the order

My first GoSupps order. One of the two anti-perspirant roll-ons arrived leaking fluid inside the sealed box. I contacted GoSupps for assistance to address the matter and they promptly apologised and issued a full refund.
