I honestly think this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Ann-Louise was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made really great recommendations and has a lovely manner. A real pleasure to do business with her.
I wish I had more rooms to put curtains in just so I could deal with her and Gotain again! Highly recommended.

- the curtains are excellent quality, I am in love with the fabric and how it falls, as well as the color. They have significantly improved my living room and I will get them for other rooms in the house.

We ordered all the curtains for our apt. about 1,5 years ago and spent nearly 50,000 SEK. This spring, we ordered additional curtains to block the summer light. After many backs and forts (due to disfunctional web applicartions, etc.), our order was finally placed on May 23. We paid another 8300 for this order, totalling our overall purchase to nearly 60,000 SEK.
We specifically told them that we needed this order ASAP, as we have a south facing apt. They said it'd be around 3 weeks and on their website it says between 3 and 4 weeks. When I contacted them last week, they said the curtains were "scheduled to be sewn" on June 19 (!!!), so they were not even made yet. And that they would probably be handed over to the delivery company this week and that delivery date depended on DHL. My husband called them yesterday, later it appeared on my parcel app that "Gotain registered a delivery with DHL". As of today, the parcel seems to be "registered" but no delivery info or date is available.
Considering we used Gotain twice and spent nearly 60k SEK, and that we specifically requested on-time delivery for the last order, we were not provided with the kind of customer care and understanding one would expect from a company that markets itself as a high-end retailer. We are very disappointed and inconvenienced.

I really recommend buying your curtains from gotain and specifically their curtain consultation service. Anna was so courteous, interested and helpful with me , on call and by email, ensuring I was happy and got the right size curtains and material. Thank you Anna!

Ordering curtains from Gotain was a delightful experience. Ann-Louise was incredibly helpful. She walked me through the measurements and gave me very useful advice, which I wouldn't have thought of myself. I would thoroughly recommend Gotain and Ann-Louise!
