Don’t ever buy from gotamochi, I bought an item that has been over a month now, never received it yet, I tried to contact them, but they were irresponsive

This IS one of the worst retail online stores I have ever ordered from. I placed my order back in January 2021 of this year. I haven't received my order. All I wanted was that Hootie that was on sale for $25. When I first saw it, I thought this was too good to be true. I guess it was too good to he true, because I never received the Hootie. SCAM. I want my money back. GOTAMOCHI received an "F" in the BBB ranking. Thank you. Bad Business.

April 27, 2020, I ordered 4 pairs of fleece thigh socks and I never got a tracking number from this "Annie Chung" person. I sent countless emails trying to get a response and I never did. Horrible shop, scammed me out of $40 and I still haven't received my order or any updates about it and it's May 8, 2021.

I order a BTS sweatshirt in June 2020. I never received a tracking number nor a shipment notice. At first I got responses to my emails saying "it had been forwarded to logistics". Again, no tracking received so I sent more emails which were all ignored. To this day I have received nothing.

I have made an order to Gotamochi Kawaii Shop for almost USD 210 and paid last October 25, 2020. At first the seller "Annie Chung" is very responsive to my email and even provided me with 3 tracking numbers for my order. She explained that she divided it to avoid me being charge for tax which I do appreciate. Have been waiting for so long and been tracking the package and to my dismay, it was returned to the seller this January 2021 (as per the last tracking update). I message the seller and told her in my email that the package was returned to them and that if they cannot send it to me then I request a refund. Then they stop responding to my emails until now I am still waiting. I hate to say this but they are just bunches of scammers out there. Unfortunately, it was very late until I saw the negative reviews about Gotamochi Kawaii Shop. The sad thing is that the items are not only mine but for my officemates also.

Same as all the other reviews. At least got some goods but they were not what I ordered. No comms. No refund, no replacements.

I ordered from here November 26th and still haven’t received anything not a tracking number NOTHING, ITS BEEN ALMOST 4 MONTHS. I emailed them 3 times and no response, better save your money and order somewhere else

My order was wrong and they have not gotten back to me about it even though they say 1 business day. Then, their merchandise is not authentic and not good quality like they say. They also were making unauthorized purchases from my card that I had no idea about. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered a couple of items, a few months ago. I did not receive any of my items to this day. There is no legit customer service number either. VERY disappointing.

I ordered over a month ago. I never got any email or shipping confirmation. After ignoring my first email, I finally got a response that my items would ship within 1-2 days and I would receive a shipping notice...which never came. My 3rd email was once again ignored. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent charge on my credit card.

So far I ordered a couple weeks ago it hasn’t came yet and the shipping is taking very long

I am happy with my purchase, i bought a love yourself tour hoodie. It came in today after a month and one week, i wasn't sure if it was coming but now that it is here i am very happy.
Might buy from here again, just was annoyed by how long it took to get here.

It’s been 6 weeks and I have yet to heard back from the company or receive my large purchase. The tracking number doesn’t work. Terrible service. I will have to contact my bank to reverse my payment. They have HORRIBLE customer service.

i only got on of the tracking numbers and it was for the hoodie, but i haven't got the tracking number for the crystal cards i been emailing if i can get my other tracking number or if i can get news about my order but i havent got a email back, i hope i get it cause my sis give me the stuff it was my present i pray to god that i get it...
Update:so i been taking care of my tracking and i been getting updates about where my package and which state is it on today they send my a message about my package being in Las Vegas so i pray to god that it comes. But i haven't got a respond about my other order :(

Hi! I cant exactly write a review on my purchase but I made this order in December 11, and it’s January 4 which I do get updates on my order and it’s supposed to arrive soon. I’ll update on the product. I ordered a bts concert jacket and hope it’s good quality. Other wise i will let you all know if anything. If your impatient don’t order from the website since it does take a month of shipping.

I spent £35 on a product, I email multiple times asking if it had been shipped and how long at would take to arrive as it was for a birthday, they never replied to my emails and the product never arrived, I couldn’t even get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

This holiday season like past, I signed up for a charity to give gifts for children in DSS care. I got a list fro a 14 year old girl and she wanted a BTS hoddie from Gotamochi Kawaii Shop. I should have known better and rea searched the sight before I sent them $50. Luckily I realized the scam in time and quickly found a replacement from Amazon to save her Christmas. Now I am fighting with the CC company to reverse the charges, because I still haven’t received the merchandise after ordering it on Nov15th. I also repeatedly contacted their support email (no phone number) several times without any response. If I could I would give it zero stars. Chinese SCAM Facebook/Instagram site. Save your time and hard earned money!

I emailed them MULTIPLE times asking if my package has even shipped out yet because it’s been literally weeks since I placed the order also their tracking site is garbage! I even ordered it a month and half in advance thinking it’ll arrive a few weeks before Christmas but nope it arrived a week after. The quality of the Bts hoodie was trash too. If you don’t want to be disappointed avoid this place.

I wish there were negative numbers! I Ordered a couple of items on December 7 and the amount was immediately charged to my credit card. It is now Dec 28 and no sign of the package, The 17TRACK tracking app says the origin Post was preparing shipment on Dec 20 ! in other words .. order now if you want your package for next Christmas ... BETTER YET DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS

Please take my advice to not get scam, give it a useful like pleas 🌙 ;)
