The company does not ship the products as advertized, instead having a cheap factory in china make a forgery of the 'product' shown on the website.

(Literally a shirt, cut in half down the middle with a pair of scissor's, exposing threads, making the item impossible to wash as it would simply come apart the first time going through a washing machine. Unseamed holes that are similarly threadbare, being clearly made with a pair of scissors used to cut a hole with 0 reinforcement meaning the product INSTANTLY tore when worn)

Purchased 2 dresses and paid for expedited delivery. 5 days after initial order the order still hasn't been shipped. Serious lack of communication from them. I fly back to the UK tomorrow so won't be here should the parcel ever arrive l. I've told them this, sent a screenshot of the delivery status and asked to cancel the order. Zero response. I wouldn't recommend

Ordered an oversize hoodie for my daughter looked great on there website but once it arrived the quality was really poor looks nothing like the item on the website trying to return it a nightmare they say that a 51 will cost me more to send back plus they charge me a 5 to restock the item .

I bought an item called “The Count Coat.” I had seen it elsewhere and it was least expensive here. I paid $70 for it and when it arrived it wasn’t the same as the item in the website photos, it was noticeably of lower quality. I sent an email with photos about this and they gave me the option to either exchange it or I could buy it again for 40% off. After seeing the international shipping price (sending it back to their warehouse in China, which is weird bc their website says they’re based in Europe I believe), I took the latter option. And the second item was the exact same quality. I reached out again to complain, and they sent me the exact same automated email with the 40% off option. I said respectfully that I didn’t want to do that again and simply wanted the item as described on their site. I sent a couple more emails over the next few weeks and never got a response, each one a bit more irritated (but I think I had a right to be upset as I paid $110 for an item listed for $70 and I still didn’t get what I was paying for). Don’t buy from them, there’s other more trustworthy websites for alternative fashion.

Update: they have since responded and given me options to either get a partial refund or ship both items back to China in exchange for all my money back. Asked how much money would be refunded in the first scenario so I could make up my mind, and they have yet to get back to me.

Terrible, this website is a scam. I wasted $140 on a coat I never received. Now I have to buy another coat in time for my birthday. It’s been 4 weeks and I can’t reach anyone and they won’t return my money.

It has been three months since I placed an order in which I mistakenly filled in two, instead of one, bags. Despite the fact that in the next two minutes, I sent them an email that the order is not valid, they ignored the cancellation email, debited my bank account with the cost of the two pieces and sent them to me, despite the immediate notification that I had made a mistake.
On September 11, they received via email, the tracking number of the returning item. On September 17 and 30, I sent them a kind reminder. On September 30, they replied that they would "double check".
Today, October 13, I still have no information regarding the return of the product and the refund of my money.

Please do not order from this site - it is a scam the order took forever to arrive and the quality was appalling it looked nothing like the image on the site.

I ordered a jacket for my daughters birthday and I recieved a much bigger jacket than i expected. When I tried do make a somplaint Goth n Rock first tried to offer a discount for a new order wich does not help me with this jacket. They refuse to give me a prepaid shipping label even though it is their responsibility.

Ordered a small, they sent an XS, which isn't even an option when buying. There is no phone number or option to start a return. You have to email the company and hope they respond and follow through. The product is expensive and comes from China. So you're paying way more than you should have to, and have to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive. They say a dress is half off at $175 so $350. Same exact dress is on Amazon for less than $50, you get it next day.

Their quality isn’t great so I wouldn’t buy full price but once you have an issue they are terrible. I placed an order and got an email that one item was out of stock so I should chose a different item. After some back and forth with at least a day between responses they ended up sending the original item. Ok, so that is resolved. One item didn’t come so I contacted them again and they say they sent it. Instead of the item I ordered, I get a white shirt that came in the same packaging that the orders from China retailers send. Back to emailing them and they claim they would send a replacement but never did. Now they just ignore my emails.

This company seems to have a history of sending the wrong items or the wrong size and then claiming that the return postage will be to expensive which the customer has to pay for even though it's their fault, and they continue to offer you a discount on your next order with no guarantee they will get that right either

TOTAL 100% SCAM!! Don't order anything from them unless you've got money to throw away!

I bought a dress from this website, and what I received was something completely different — an ugly, cheap piece of clothing that looked nothing like the one in the photos. I asked for a refund, but they refused and offered me only a discount on a future purchase instead. I contacted PayPal, and I was refunded only $14 out of the $114 I paid. I have all the proof
I’m still fighting to get the rest of my money back. The whole process has been very difficult and frustrating. This company is absolutely dishonest — stay away from them!

It’s been almost three weeks and my order hasn’t made any progress, it states info received and awaiting pickup APPARENTLY.
I paid 15$ to get it sent ASAP but instead it hasn’t moved once and I’m stuck with some robotic responses from someone called “Justyna” in customer services who won’t put me onto someone else or help me.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU ORDER!!!!!I am a first- and last-time customer... I ordered a jacket from them and although the quality was good the size didn't work. prior to ordering i checked the return policy which stated the basic 30 days return policy. what it did not say was there basically is no return policy since they try to strongly encourage you to exchange instead of returning the produce for a refund which is what i wanted. but instead, I was sent the below email.
Since returns need to be sent back to our main warehouse overseas, the process can be quite expensive and time-consuming, especially this time of year, and the return shipping cost would need to be covered on your end.
As
a quicker and more budget-friendly alternative, we’d be happy to offer you 40% off if you’d like to reorder the same items or choose something else you love from our shop. It’s a bit of an unconventional solution, but in most cases, it ends up being faster and just as affordable as sending the items back. Horrendous quality! The silver that looks like sequins is actually GLITTER! I opened the package and carpet was covered in it. I do not recommend this product, the only place it belongs is in the bin!

I ordered a jacket at the end of July and it never arrived to me! (We are at the beginning of October when I write these lines.)
I contacted Goth'n'Rock twice but all I got for an answer was that it sometimes take time to get the items ordrerd. There was no warning that it was the case for this jacket when I ordered. They gave me no further informations when I wrote to them and I got no refund!!!

I purchased a faux leather coat for $70 and when I received it, it looked like a $10 jacket very cheaply made. If you want to return your items, you must return them to China and pay for the shipping yourself. Would never recommend this company to anybody.

Rip off!!! The day I placed an order, I accidentally ordered two of the same coats. I contacted support IMMEDIATELY and asked if they could correct my order. I only meant to order one coat. I was told to wait until I received the package and to contact them about returning it and getting a refund.

Now I’m being told I have to pay to return it and it’s not worth it because the shipping will be costly. What am I supposed to do with two of the same coats? And they do not provide a return label after I told support the SAME DAY I ORDERED IT THAT I ACCIDENTALLY ordered the coat SAME twice?

Horrible customer service! This should have been taken care of the same day I ordered it when I addressed this concern immediately!
