I honestly wish I had read more reviews before ordering from Goth n’ Rock. The quality of the clothes is terrible — Shein looks like a luxury brand compared to this. The fabrics and materials feel cheap and uncomfortable, and the fit is completely off. The waistband on the pants was so high it looked like a jumpsuit, and the legs were so short they looked like flood pants.

The customer service is just as bad. They never replied when I first said I wanted to return the items. The only time they answered was when I complained that one piece was missing from my order. So I took that chance to tell them I wanted to return the other two items and get a refund.

Instead of helping, they came up with lame excuses, saying returns would take a long time and it would be “too difficult,” suggesting I just accept a store discount instead. I told them I wouldn’t be buying from them again and that I had the right to a refund. Then they asked if I wanted to return everything, I said yes and asked for the procedure… and they never replied again.

Honestly, this store feels like a scam. Don’t waste your money here!

Do not ship with this company I ordered a dress for my homecoming 2 weeks before and payed for express shipping almost paying 200 dollars in all I emailed them and explained what was going on they told me it wasn’t gonna make it into 2 weeks after I never went to homecoming and I couldn’t find another dress from in person and online do not shop with this company.

I purchased an item from this company on October 22nd and paid expedited fee. As of today November 6 have heard nothing. Customer service is an automated response from a "Justine" who offers no help or real answers. Should have read the reviews beforehand and saved my time. Now, if and when I receive the item, will have a horrible time returning it.

I bought jacket for 80. But I wrote wrong address, so I want cancel, but nobody communicated with me. No customers services. So my jacket have someone else. Don't buy from them.

I ordered an $80 jacket for my niece for her birthday. It came at a reasonable time, but it didn't fit.

I asked for a refund, and they offered a process where i keep the jacket and then 40% off another item. I shared i wanted to return it.

They sent the address, which was in China, and i sent it. I expected to get a refund. Weeks went by and i asked if they received it. Justina, their contact immediately asked if i sent the tracking information. I shared the details of tracking and that it showed as having been received.

She never responded that they received it, which usps showed that it was delivered. She never responded at all. So i lost $115 in this refund process and am heartbroken. It was a lot of money. I hope no one uses then again as they are not trustworthy.

Appalling quality clothing, terrible customer service and an unreal returns policy. Where the customer pays for the return to china, and are then charged duty, and for the company to put the item back into inventory. Save your money and your time and avoid this company.

I ordered a shirt that looked premium and well-made on the website, but what I received was a cheap imitation — nothing like the product advertised. The fabric is poor quality, there are no labels or branding, and the stitching is uneven.

After some research, I discovered that the original version of the same shirt is sold by other online stores, confirming this site is using fake product photos to mislead buyers.

Avoid this store — the products are not genuine, and the quality is nowhere near what is shown online.

My experience has proven this claim to be completely false and deliberately misleading. This is not just a review of a poorly made product; it is an exposé of a company that actively avoids honoring its own policies.

Product Quality and Fit Issues
The jacket itself was a massive disappointment. For the high price point, the material quality was low-grade, and the sizing was severely off—specifically, the sleeves were dramatically and unwearably short.

The Deceptive "Easy Returns" Process
When I initiated the return process due to the fit and quality issues, the company immediately attempted to shut down the return. Instead of offering instructions for a full refund, they offered a non-negotiable 40% partial refund as their only solution, citing that an international return would be "easier" for me.

I immediately rejected this attempt to force me to keep a defective, expensive product, stating clearly that I was happy to pay the return shipping costs for a full refund.

Customer Service Abandonment
Following my request for proper return instructions, Goth and Rock completely abandoned communication. I have sent a total of four professional follow-up emails over several weeks, and every single one has been met with radio silence.

This company is not merely slow to respond; they are actively ghosting customers to avoid processing expensive returns. They advertise an "Easy Returns" policy to secure sales, then immediately deploy tactics to dissuade returns, and ultimately resort to complete radio silence when pressed to honor their obligation.

Do not be fooled by their marketing. If you purchase anything from Goth and Rock and it is anything less than perfect, you will be left with a costly mistake and zero support.
Avoid Goth and Rock at all costs.

I ordered a pair of pants in my exact size, but since they use Chinese sizing, it turned out to be 2–3 sizes smaller. I wanted to return it, but they offered me a 20% discount instead. I accepted and ordered the pants two sizes bigger along with a belt. When my order arrived, I received the wrong belt, and the pants still barely fit. The quality was very cheap, and it had a strong chemical smell that wouldn’t wash out. This website is absolutely not recommended and definitely not worth the money!

They sent the wrong size and the zipper was sewn on wrong. When I asked them about it they said I could have 40% off a replacement. I said they should be sending me the correct size because they are the ones who sent the wrong size. They haven't answered and it's been a week. The poor quality clothing is not worth this hassle.

Do not buy from this company! Ordered an item and tried to cancel right away I was told the item was already dispatched. I check tracking and it says info received. It has said info received for three days. I have emailed four times and I get the same response I even sent them a picture of the tracking that says info received. Disputed charges with cc company. Hopefully they get shut down!

Absolutely appalling company!
Sizes are completely out and quality is horrendous. Ordered 1.9.25 and requested a return and refund and was offered 40% off another order instead. Why would I spend more money on more poor quality clothes? Requested the address to return the items to no less than 14 times. Eventually got an address for part of the order which cost £32 to return and what do you know, the tracked and signed for return has "disappeared" in China!
Still can't get a return address for the rest of the order! My bank are now investigating and of course Goth n Rock are opposing this. I have all of the emails, the tracking receipts and the unreturned items still in bags.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE IN THE UK!

Been trying months to get a refund which despite being recorded delivery got lost in China!!

Never ever use this business. After 28 plus emails I still have not received my refund. Its just excuse after excuse. I dont know Justina but if she worked for my business I would have sacked her long ago. I intend using our solicitor now as i am sick and tired of these scammers thinking they can send two items when you actually only ordered one and then make it so hard for t h e second item to be refunded. These people are the worst scammers and their products are second rate rubbish. I had to award them 1 star but actually would like to give them minus 10
stars.

This company has dreadful reviews - counterfeit sweat shop trashy clothing. I have demanded a refund

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I placed an order for a hat I have been wanting for some time. The hat cost me $90 after all charges were applied. When I received the hat, it didn't just look different than the image, it was DEFORMED. They had folded it into a compact size for storage prior to shipment and the hat did not have its shape.

When I asked them to send a return label, Justina told me it can be a lengthy return process and offered me a 40% discount on a new item. I had to remind her that as the vendor they are responsible for the quality of the item at time of delivery and that they needed to send the return label and process a full refund.

I followed their return instructions and waited the appropriate time of 7-10 business days to track status of the refund (now over 14 business days). Justina has NOT RESPONDED to any of my emails (three and counting) to confirm receipt and issue the refund, which of course, I have not yet received.

These people are absolute trash. Save your money and time. Do not bother with them!!!

They have an F rating from the better business bureau for a reason. First of all do not bother to pay for expedited shipping. This garbage comes from China, and that is what it is. Cheap! And they dont even send the things you order, and refuse to refund you only offering a 40% coupon... to do what? Rebuy the item I should have been shipped?

I ordered a jacket for my husband. When he initially tried it on and zipped it up the zipper came off. I went back and forth with someone via email who pretty much asked me if it could be fixed and that I should take it to an alteration shop to have a new upper put on. I of course declined and asked for a refund or replacement with no return response. Then after we looked at the jacket again trying to decide to pay to get it fixed we noticed the whole entire left armpit stitching was blown out!!!! I again email them and have still received no response back. Can anyone tell me how I can get a refund from this company? This coat was $110 and he couldn’t even wear it. Now I feel like these people are never going to respond to my emails.

Not even worth the on star disgusting behaviour . I ordered a larger leather jacket and then they added another near the end of checkout. I received the jackets today nothing like the image not to mention its not leather nor is it my size two small jackets. When I tried to speak with them they basically laughed in my face offering40% on the next order because it would cost me more to send it back. Sorry who told you I wanted another order this company is disgusting and then the owner you really put your image beside this despicable brand I am fuming how dare you.
