Broken Process and Incompetent Service
On 4/14/2026 purchased tickets and garage reservation for 5/31/2026 Washington Nats game. Received digital garage ticket for wrong date (5/17/2026). No digital game tickets were posted to my MLB.com account contrary to gotickets.com 4/17/2026 email. Hour-long interaction with virtual and live (Mark) agent confirmed problems but offered no remedy.

I would give less if I could! The tickets for a country fair concert to Midland I paid double the Value for did not work! I received tickets and didn’t think they look correct but was assured by 2 different hour long chats and a phone call they were correct and would get me into venue, we’re NOT! WE WERE HUMILIATED and denied entry! It ruined my week!

If I could give a zero I would at this point. Receive tickets via me. Downloaded and sent to my phone. When we arrived at event they were not valid. Had to purchase tickets from venue. I am currently messaging go tickets and talking to AI messages. They said they will call me in the next 24 hours. We will see where that goes. Will update later

The website mimics as a primary ticket website, and does not make it apparent that its a reseller website with a No Refund Policy. I realized this, when no tickets were to be had after payment. I contacted them via chat within minutes, and they refused to cancel the transaction. No company should be allowed to do this. The event is in September, there is no reason why the transaction cannot be cancelled.
Missed show because I was not sent ticket!!
Ordered a show ticket through them and never received it so had to miss a show I had wanted to go to. Tried all afternoon talking to support before the show and kept being told to just keep watching my email for the ticket that I never got. Would have been nice to have been offer a different ticket seat. After I missed the show talked with Jeffery P who process a refund and $25 store credit. Still very pissed off about the whole experience!!
