Their website has disappeared and their phone disconnected. I didn't receive Queen tickets and had to raise a section 75 claim with my credit card company.
If you read this because you're in a similar situation, actionfraud (police fraud website) are urging people to report to them.

Bought tickets in April for Queen with Adam Lambert at Manchester Arena this coming Saturday..as the time was getting nearer I thought I would cntact them last Friday to see where our tickets were...thats when I found out the website,phone number nor the company exist any longer.
I have been told by my bank I may be able to claim money back after the event and have been fortunate enough to have got other tickets but that is besides the point.
These people have no morals and they are taking advantage of people who may have been saving up for a very long time to see certain bands...trustpilot really should have a zero star option as these scum don't deserve any better

My girl firend ordered tickets for Queen at Birmingham NEC for 30th November 2017. As the date is getting close and the tickets had not arrived. We attempted to contact Goticketsuk. And nothing!!
I doubt we will be the only ones NOT going to see Queen & Adam Lambert because of this scamming company.

I bought a ticket for Metallica at the Hydro in Glasgow, 26th October, paid £198.I am really angry that these scamming. Cheatsdon't exist. I am disabled ♿ so it's a big deal for me. Thanks. David.

Bought 6 tickets for Neil Diamond back in May which never arrived. Tried calling, number doesn't exist. Tried emailing, that too does not exist.

Scam company ...absolutely gutted and upset . Bought tickets for Neil diamond at the O2 for 19th October back in March. As tickets had not not arrived tried to get in touch with company . Phone line disconnected ...non existent email . Lost £210 but paid on my debit card but Barclays advise is I have to wait 15 days after the 19th and they will investigate.

Orders 2tickets for a JK concert in November they never materialised leaving me £148 out of pocket.Steer clear!

I also ordered tickets in May for Metallica for the 22nd Oct., I tried to contact them today as the tickets haven't arrived. The phone number has been disconnected and couldn't contact them by email either. I will also be contacting my credit card!

I'm supposed to be going to the neil diamond concert at Manchester arena this Sunday I purchased 2 tickets through this company back in May my concerns started when no tickets arrived so after failed attempts to contact this so called company I decided to do my research what I should have done back in May although everything looked legit. I'll be contacting my credit card company 1st thing tomorrow.

If you have arrived at the review site then you must have some concerns about Goticketsuk. If you are thinking of buying any tickets then please think again. They WILL NOT arrive!.
I never received tickets for Arcade Fire Manchester 6th July. Email address doesn't exist, 0800 number is disconnected. Paid £198.00 for 2 tickets. I have Santander trying to get my money back at the moment but should hopefully get a refund through my credit card. 1 star is too much for these thieving scumbags who do not care about anyone but themselves.

I received a refund from my credit card,Barclaycard, after at first being refused, I paid £313 for tickets to Robbie Williams concert on 3 June, I reported the scam as soon as possible, I do think there has been enough evidence for the police to investigate, however I feel they believe it to be a fault with the buyers for trusting these people. They constantly warn us of the dangers of purchasing tickets from sites that are not trusted. I can honestly say I checked and double checked the website and could find no fault with it and it seemed truly legit, no one should blame themselves and the police should be ashamed of letting the public down. Barclay card said the payment had gone to Skinternational and wouldn't pay so what! and I sent enough evidence that they couldn't back out. Keep on at them to refund if necessary

Got scammed for eminem tickets in August. Why on earth was this website still active. It was only in June that I booked them. Anyone know if I'll be able to get a refund or compensation from HSBC ? Used my debit card. Devastated

my tickets never arrived. we turned up at the concert with the confirmation that we had paid but since there was no ticket, no barcode we weren't let in.

Got the same letter from action fraud. They stole £200 for Robbie Williams tickets. What I don't understand is action fraud highlighted this atrocity on the front page of their website and urged people to report them yet say they haven't got enough evidence/leads?? Great deterrent for the morons who make money from these schemes.

I have also been SCAMMED by this Company Go Tickets Manchester out of £208-00 for Ticket Phil Collins in Liverpool in June
I got Refund by my Bank because I used my Credit Card Thanks to them but really should not be LIABLE it's the SCAM COMPANY who should be Responsible for REFUND
But today I got E-Mail from Action Police Fraud
Saying that haven't got enough Evidence to send it to Police Fraud but sent E-Mail back to them saying that if go on Trustpilot a lot People have Reported this Company who have Lost Lot Money through this CON TICKET SCAM
So what Im saying PEOPLE PLEASE REPORT this to Action Fraud Police to Investigate more into this COMPANY I no that Telphone+Web site Closed down
Because now they are rubbing Hands all way to BANK and will be Laughing that got away with it FRAUD

Today Tues 17th October got E-Mail from National Fraud Intelligence Bureau to inform me has been now been passed to Metropolitan Police to Investigate these Scammers who taken Thousands Pounds off Hard Working People to go see their Favourite Artists so update you all off Outcome if they Contact me
