I ordered a GTR gaming PC from Gotraka. It arrived over the weekend and, so far, I am very happy with the performance. It worked straight out of the box and, for a non techy person like me, set up was very straightforward.

Contact with the Gotraka team was also friendly and responsive.

I also liked the little packet of Haribo in the box!

I will now be playing The Sims 4 and Anno 1800 in the style which they deserve!

Really happy-did lots of research and Gotraka really good value for money.
Item arrived in the time as expected and well packaged-plugged it in and fired it up-all spot on.
Only slight negative in the process would be the courier-told twice delivery would be a certain time to then deliver completely different time when nobody home!luckily wife was home second attempt to accept the delivery.
Highly recommend Gotracka though-even received a packet of sweets with the pc 😀

I never leave reviews but I actually felt I had to after receiving my sons PC. He’s 10 and new to a PC, he’s always used the PS5. I brought a PC from here for his birthday and although it said 3-5 days delivery it took around 9 days to arrive but it was because I found out when I asked that it actually gets built to order! Upon receiving it I had no idea how to set anything up and I called them. I’ve had the most amazing experience with there customer service, something that lacks elsewhere a lot nowadays. A lady called Xeni helped me even with my speakers, microphone - nothing was hassle. It was quick, easy, effortless and honestly probably the best customer service I have experienced by far for a hell of a long time! You always get through to someone straight away, they are willing to help you no matter what the problem! She even helped my son with his keyboard lighting and the app and with fortnight!

I am so happy I decided to get a PC with these guys! Never used the site before so was skeptical but 1000000% do it, you won’t regret it. AND THE PC LOOKS INCREDIBLE!

Got a none working graphics card that broke my sons gaming pc and I had to pay for that to be fixed to then also had sent it back and they scratched off the serial number and refused a refund saying it was sent back like that but I have photos of the card before it was sent back

Bought a prebuilt from them at a discount I had found online, comparable to buying the parts individually and delivered fully built within 5 days.

Couple of small issues initially, but their live chat and some further help from Andy so far has been excellent, no complaints whatsoever and have been told to call/chat whenever I need further help at any time.

I was in the market for a gaming pc after never really owning one in the past. I am an IT professional and manage 5 teams across a multimillion pound business, but we deal with enterprise level software, not hardware, this point is important later on.

I had extensively scoured the web, and found gotraka being recommended as an option on hotukdeals. I was looking for a prebuilds and was interested in a device from a competitor, Palicomp, but it's almost like they purposefully leave stuff out so they can then upsell, and it got to a point where I was incredibly frustrated as it wasn't clear what hardware I'd actually be getting, and I would have to pay extra just to have windows and a warranty!

In the end, I found an absolute bargain middle upper range machine with an i9 (the safe 12900kf one) a 5070ti and plenty of ram and liquid cooling for less than the comparable competitors.

Now, the service:

Within minutes, they were online explaining what specific hardware would be supplied, and were also responsive when I was looking at boosting the ssd storage. Their offerings included with the pc meant that it was cheaper than even doing this myself.

It arrived and was boxed and assembled well with a lot of packaging material in the case keeping everything in place.

I then tried turning it on and had an issue - no hdmi output! I let them know and within 3 minutes they had set up a Google meeting for me, in which time I had realised the GPU just needed nudging back into the port, silly me!

There responsiveness and attention to detail was fantastic - they even seated the second m2 slot spacer and screw in ready for me to add a new one in, no drama, and no chance of me messing it up as a result!

They had clearly done a significant amount of testing of this machine prior to sending me it, which is why it was delayed a couple days. Again, they were very responsive and kept me in the loop, prioritising quality over haste.

Now back to why I mentioned my job - i found their professionalism and passion for quality very high, and the way they conduct business is top notch. I would be very happy if the employees that report to me conducted themselves in the same way as the team at gotraka.

When I got my pc it wouldnt connect to the internet and I was frustrated and thought it was the pc problem turns out it was my wifi acting up and one of the technicians helped me and sorted it all out for me and it was a smooth and easy process brilliant on the customer support

Brilliant… fitted the part and did not work.
Contacted by email to ask for a replacement and absolutely no response.
Customer care is non existent, left with a non working part that has a warranty for 3 years. Can’t do anything with this part currently.

Used gotraka.com twice so far and their service has been top notch. They have some really good deals also.

I was a bit worried about buying from somewhere new, but read a few reviews and I didn't need to be. Excellent delivery time and one of the best prices compared to majority of other stores.

Quick delivery and great service

First time I've used Gotraka, fast delivery and great product, excellent.

Honestly my first time buying from the site. Like anyone else I always make sure to take a look at multiple reviews from other customers on multiple review platforms to check Gotraka's legitimacy as to me, it was a site I never used before for tech purchases especially if it's costing a couple hundreds.

Having done this, I can confirm I Gotraka is legit, I received my motherboard which at the time was the cheapest I could find and it works perfectly.

Was even more surprised how pleasantly fast the motherboard came, mentioned usual 5 days but came in 2 so I can't complain!

Happy to say for anyone worried about ordering Gotraka not to and purchase away!

Gotracka offered the best value I could find for a budget pc but this didn't mean service was compromised. Very happy all round!

The second time I’ve used gotraka now, their prices are really good and they deliver items in protective packaging at reasonably quick speeds. I was looking for a well priced M.2 drive and found one on gotraka about £20 cheaper than anywhere else.
