Team were very responsive. PC came very well packaged, as described and with a nice personal touch. My only criticism is the website is not transparent on the delivery fees to N Ireland, as it makes out delivery is free when it is not.

Have to say absolute first class service from everyone involved in the company, brilliant products, well packaged. The only downside is they use dhl and that caused issue with my delivery. Other than that 100% will be using only this company going forward and would recommend anyone else to use this company.

Great price for the kit I ordered (pre built gaming desktop). Answered any email queries on time and the whole process was was easy and quick.

The service was excellent, the product just right. BUT two items approximately two inches long turned up in a cardboard box 12"x9"x5" filled with poly air-pocket padding. A padded envelope would have done the job.

Recently purchased my daughter a PC for her Uni work. Ordered it Friday and it arrived Tuesday!

Build quality is superb with quality components and runs like a dream. Extremely well priced too- similar specs on other builders websites cost a lot more.

As a PC gamer myself I'm very jealous as to what she has now, and will definitly be coming back when I'm due an upgrade.

Could not recommend enough to anyone looking to buy a pre-built PC no matter what spec you require.

I'm always a bit cautious when purchasing online but GoTraka were very responsive. I got in touch through chat twice, once to check our delivery would reach us in time for our sons birthday and the second time for a little advice with installation. Both times we were responded to quickly, reassured and helped, even when the second time was out of hours.
Delivery wasn't great as DHL gave a time frame which we rearranged our day to make sure we'd be back in time only to find they delivered 45 mins early so we missed it! We then had to arrange collection ourselves to get the package in time for a birthday. But that was a delivery company issue. It did take the full 5 days for delivery (6 including collection).
It came packaged well and secure with everything needed to get started. A very happy son. Thanks Gotraka ☺️

Quick delivery, helpful msg service

Item arrived on time - very pleased with the purchase and I loved the personal touch (packet of sweets :)) Thanks Gotraka team.

Ordered my first PC so was a bit sceptical and out my depth, came in good time, packaged well and with touching gifts to accompany the product. Had slight issues with the connecting to the WiFi, contacted Gotraka via the live chat who were really quick and efficient at getting back to me and got me in a call with a Tech agent. Tech agent sorted my issue in less than 15 minutes and genuinely sounded invested in getting me back up and running! Couldn't recommend enough.

Gaming pc received in a timely manner, customer service was helpful and answered my question regarding the shipping date. Order was well packaged and the only Issue I had was the delivery company had been a little rough despite the fragile stickers all over the box. Because of this the retention clip for the GPU had become detached. Easy fix without any other issues.

The RAM arrived the very next day even though I didn’t pay for next-day delivery, which was a great surprise. All parts worked perfectly out of the box and I had no issues with setup. I ordered a GTR gaming PC from Gotraka. It arrived over the weekend and, so far, I am very happy with the performance. It worked straight out of the box and, for a non techy person like me, set up was very straightforward.

Contact with the Gotraka team was also friendly and responsive.

I also liked the little packet of Haribo in the box!

I will now be playing The Sims 4 and Anno 1800 in the style which they deserve!
