Easy good food always a change in recipes fab quality fab always delivered on time I am very happy with all my food and easy for when I am working even changed my delivery to take food on Holiday good value

Gousto create great meals and plenty of choice at a quality standard.
Yeah it's a little on the expensive side but definitely worth every penny.

The quality of the food which comes from Gousto is always good - although the bags of salad and herbs sometimes doesnt last long hence the 4 stars. Quantities are large - more than enough for the both of us and often there is a portion which can be frozen. The communication from Gousto is also very good - like the reminders of how many days left to order next box as I am always forgetting this. Like the choices they have - again though perhaps could have more vegetarian variety? Quite a lot of these involve pasta or rice although in the summer there are more salad options. Have been using for many months now - if not a whole year - and I can't recall having an issue with the contents of the box ie no missing items, no missing recipe cards...... If something has had to be substituted (which happens very rarely), they let you know by email.

We have regular orders, but this time decided to do an extra order as we were hosting a family meal for 9 people. We combined 2 choices and both were excellent. Everyone commented on the food and it was the perfect amount for everyone to enjoy - we selected 2 meals for 5 people, so there were 10 servings in total.
Only slight confusion over the recipe cards which detailed up to 4 people servings.

We tried gousto- we love the food and recipes are great. Sadly they use Evri for deliveries which is a shocker. We have now had 3 out of 3 deliveries not turn up even within the time slot Evri set (which was already outside what gousto promise). Customer service non existent- probably ai- they parrot that sometimes there are unavoidable delays, and offer nothing apart from a £3.99 compensation (I have missed supper now 3 times and had to order takeout). I also waste my evening hoping it will turn up and have now twice been woken by the bell just before midnight and had to get up to out stuff in fridge. The third one is still missing in action and I expect the same.

All convenience is ruined and they dont care. I have repeatedly asked to speak to someone to see if another delivery day would work better or another company can be used - no response. They are just playing a volume game and using the cheapest delivery company who do not meet their standards- fine if you dont care about your time but just very disappointing if you have better things to do.

The “customer service” just says i need to contact them tomorrow if it doesnt turn up tonight (yet again) at some ungodly hour- just terrible.

Aspects of service very high standard

It's a great idea, having all the ingredients measured for you, but this creates lots of packaging.
Our first two boxes were perfect. Since then there's usually a recipe card missing or something that's unusable (I've had blue mouldy garlic, wrinkly peppers and bendy carrots). It's easy to get compensated for these but very inconvenient at the time of cooking.
Meals have a lot of little ingredients, but then not much flavour when it's all cooked.
Good variety of meals and it's given us some more ideas to do ourselves.
Customer services are ok and offer discounts.

Always excellent easy to make recipes. Very tasty and nutritious.
Had a recent problem with delivery ( courier issue not Gousto) but had a full refund instantly.

Delivery company you use is absolutely awful but there is no point asking my view as NOTHING ever changes!!

Ive been really impressed with Gousto so far but only a few weeks in hence 4 stars. Ive loved cooking usually we do same old meals each week. Ordering is easy, recipes good to follow i wish they'd adapt for air frying as well as I dont use my oven a lot so guessing temps and Times. Ingredients have been very good and fresh, had a few issues with potatoes but got refunds when I told them. Generally excellent.

I have been with Gousto for about 5 years. It has been a life saver as my wife no longer finds cooking easy. I have learnt to cook through Gousto … the only effort needed is deciding the menu for the week. Like others there have been issues with delivery .. particularly EVRI who give virtually no warning of delivery time and Gousto responded helpfully by suggesting I changed delivery day. The quality has been consistently high, a couple of missing items in 5 years, a good choice of meals and helpful signposting of my favourites on the website. At 84 I would be sunk without Gousto and I have recommended them to friends in a similar situation. I think Gousto are doing a good job in trying to keep prices down and ifortions are slightly smaller then that is understandable. Considering how food prices have risen in 5 years I think Gousto remains exceptionally good vale for the prices charged.

We have been using Gousto for a while. Love the extent of their menus and find them good value for money and great for when coming home from work. Have tried meals I probably wouldn’t have otherwise. We have had a couple of issues with a missing ingredient, quality etc. however, these have been quickly dealt rectified with a credit.

Order arrived at 9 pm and all the ice packs had melted.

I used Gousto for a while and it was fine, just okay rather than good. Portion sizes had shrunk noticeably and they'd started charging extra for basics like adding chicken or fish, which added up fast given the box price was already high for what you got. Recipes also felt very repetitive after a while.
I had a few boxes where ingredients arrived mouldy after just a day. The worst experience was when a delivery went to completely the wrong building. When I asked for a replacement, I was told to just wait and hope it turned up by the morning, despite the box containing seafood. It never did, and instead of sending a replacement they just refunded me.
The convenience of not having to meal plan was genuinely the main reason I stuck with it for as long as I did, but the quality control and pricing issues eventually put me off for good. I no longer use them.

Not having to think every week what to make for dinner

First time we have had an issue with our box, spoke to the helpdesk and it was resolved in minutes, normally a faultless service and the food is great value and very tasty! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Been using gousto for around 5 weeks now and really happy, all meals have been good quality and easy recipes to follow ☺️
