Nothing but good things to say about this well managed and wonderful company. if there's ever a problem (rare) they fix it, generously and unreservedly, and the recipes are always great. i have used them for years. also makes a big difference to a terrible cook like me who would just eat non existent 'girl dinners' if it weren't for gousto.

Delivery company can’t follow delivery…
Delivery company can’t follow delivery instructions and 2 boxes out of 3 came damaged.
Ingredients too close to expiry date which means little freedom in what order you’d like to eat them.
A hold was put on the credit card for more than the value of my order.
It’s a great concept , some nice recipes but best enjoyed at the discounted price.

Have some good recipes but the quality of ingredients especially the vegetables are not quite up to standard and often only fit for the bin.
The packing of the boxes could be done with a bit more care so packaging of wet ingredients don't get damaged and leak over everything.

Appalling delivery service
Since changing to delivery to Evri for the past two weeks both orders have been delivered late. We are still waiting for our current delivery with no updated delivery time. We never had this issue when DPD were the delivery company.
Our last delivery was in two boxes and both were damaged. One was quite severely damaged that items could have been lost out of it.
The actual meals from Gusto are delicious it is just a shame that it is being let down by the delivery service!

It really nice food easy to cook, its nice to have a change from usual meals. The quality was good on the whole but some things weren't as good as they could be. But in the whole good value and i enjoyed not having to go shopping and not having to plan meals

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience.
I had a 40% discount voucher that I intended to use for a box with 5 meals. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to update my order, and the system automatically selected only 2 meals instead of the meals I wanted. As a result, my discount was used on an order I did not choose.
I contacted customer support expecting some understanding or at least a reasonable solution, such as restoring the voucher or offering credit, but I was told there was nothing they could do. I understand that deadlines exist, but using a promotional offer on an automatically selected order without offering any flexibility feels unfair. Please note that I contacted the agent as soon as I received the confirmation email
The biggest disappointment is not the order itself, but the lack of customer care and willingness to help. After this experience, I am reconsidering whether continue using Gousto.
Additionally the order all have missed a recipe card and I never considered complaining about it until now
Update I contacted with the company and unfortunately no solution provided, I actually got blamed for the incident, previously explained the situation , so no point in trying to reach out

Their website said the order hadn't gone through, so re-ordered. 10 meals turned up on a Sunday morning! I'd received 2 different emails the day before (Saturday) saying my order would be delivered the next day - too late to cancel one of them! Tomatoes squashed, herbs going yellow!
Be very very careful when ordering and take a photo any ' this hasn't gone through' messages

Ita great.... until its not. I ordered from here for about 5 months and the meals and app are fantastic. However, I noticed a decline in ingredients quality and my most recent box had 2 main ingredients for 2 meals damaged and they had leaked all over the rest of the box and subsequently gone off, the whole box smelled like off milk as a result. I emailed and tried on 3 separate calls to obtain a replacement box or a refund and after sending photos and explaining again and again, I was offered £9 credit vs the £50 box. Shocking customer service, my dog has a dog food subscription and gets far better treatment. For a company this size to be so shortsighted just baffles. Goodbye Gousto, Hello...fresh

I love the recipes and instruction how…
I love the recipes and instruction how to cook them.
The freshness of the vegetables is poor and items missing.
My last order the carrots were so rubbery I could have tired them in a knot. We were sent 3 of the smallest potato’s to make chips for 2 people.missing onions
I’m not saying I won’t order again but this needs improvement.
