Although it was a slow process, we got there in the end and the repairs have been completed, but I have just been flooded by my upstairs neighbours yet again!
The compensation I ended up with did not reflect the many years of going through it with all concerned close to home.
Gowing Law knocked on my door at the right time.
I did find it disconcerting that I was being passed on from one to another team member about 4 times, which is partly why I couldn't reject the offer my local council made.

Appears to be a scam. Almost broke into our house. Got my elderly mother to sign a contract, without any explanation and now refuse to communicate and cancel this bloody contract even tough it's still within 14 days of the agreement.

Very good service and communication so far. Still awaiting works to be done from housing but so far. Happy with Gowing Law service.

Service was good, no problem for me, took a bit longer than expected but everything got done in the end, gowing law peeps nice and pleasant.

Wished I had contacted Gowing years ago, my late wife and I for years kept informing Onward housing regarding back garden patio flooding after heavy rain, very little was done about it, since contacting Gowing, Onward housing have tried to sort the problem,more work still needs doing, highly recommend Gowing solicitors

Gowing law were amazing! They did more for me than the housing association have done in all the years I've been with them. I didn't quite get the amount of compensation I was hoping for for some damages, but most of the work in the property have now been sorted and have a few booked to be completed.

My experience is that this company do what they say and get things done with council. So far have only got part of repairs done but hopefully will get others done shortly.

Gowing Law are excellent , they manged to do in 10 months which i failed to get my council to do for 12 years.
