I got my iPhone mini back today and it was damaged scratches on the screen and dents on the side this is after they offered me £1. I have reported there company to trading standars also reported them to the local police station for fraud. Good luck! Don’t believe any positive reviews all FAKE. Disgusting

Bit of a scam.
Sent off a perfectly working Iphone XR, described as broken as the back glass was shattered but the phone and screen were in full working order. The quote was £60. When they received it they said that the LCD screen needed replacing (which was in full working order) so they could only offer £25. I rejected this offer and they came back immediately offering £45. I asked for an explanation on the problems found as there wasn't anything wrong with the screen, suddenly they're offering £50 and telling me the return fee is £8.95. I wonder how many people accept their initial lowball offer without querying it. The other phone I sold to Envirophone, who paid the quoted price instantly with no questions so highly recommend them as they don't appear on comparisons :)

Offer top price on comparison site only to dramatically reduce the offer due to "cosmetic condition' upon receipt of phone. No evidence of these cosmetic issues was presented, possibly because the phone hasn't got any!

I was quoted £240 for my iPhone. Once received I was offered £125, which I declined. Then offered £145, which I refused and asked why such a low offer as the quote was much higher. I was informed that when the company review the phone, it was a B quality due to the outer casing. The outer casing was immaculate. No scratches, chips, dents or cracks. It was 2 years old and NEVER out of a front and back protective leather case and scratch proof fascia. Also I am not addicted to my iPhone and therefore it didn't have much use. Sent with all original paperwork and a box like new. I was then offered £155, which I refused. I told the company if they couldn't offer me £220 then I wanted the iPhone back - which would cost me £8.95! They were deceptive so why should I pay the fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In my opinion they are not trustworthy. Let's hope my iPhone is MY iPhone when I get it back! I took pictures before hand so I will know. UPDATE.. OFFERED AND ACCEPTED £50 COMPENSATION FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

If I could give zero I would. Posted item using GR8’s own pre-paid service with PO tracked. GR8’s Dan emails me to say envelope arrived empty to not to worry, they will claim. I send proof of postage, no word since. Today recieved the original envelope as ‘refused’ to be accepted by GR8 mobile, clearly ripped to bits. Still no answer from GR8 mobile and Royal Mail said they must process the claim. Called, email GR8 multiple times and no response. Such a con and a waste of £71 on lost phone. Poor way to do business.

Awful service - reduced offer from 160 to 40 but said phone was in good condition! Then charged us 9 quid to get the phone back .

Went with Gr8 Mobile to sell my old phone as the price quoted was far better than any similar sites. Received my pre paid envelope and shipping label within 48 hours and once I sent it off I was kept well updated through the whole process and the full price originally quoted was paid out to me within 24 hours of my phone being received. Very happy and would definitely recommend :)

AVOID AT ALL COST

Quoted me just shy of £300 for my phone, so I accepted, sent it, then they sent me a new off of £116 due to ‘cosmetic damage’ there’s not a single scratch on my phone, it could pass as new, refused to pay me the original price they quoted and then made me pay to have my phone back even though it was their mess, scamming company

Phone was in a great condition, they passed everything, even told me it was like new.. they then gave me an offer of a broken phone - they even told me it was in great condition.. POOR and fake company - avoid

Shocking company. Offered £282 for my perfect iPhone 13. When they received it they sent a report saying phone was in good working order, battery life was good and not stolen. Report regarding this was sent. They then said they would have to reduce price to £105 as the phone had cosmetic damage but no report to back this up. We had to pay to get the phone delivered back to us and the offer was laughable. When the phone arrived back to us it had a sticker on it stating phone was in good condition. Jokers

Gr8 mobile deliver a Fast and efficient service, don’t renege on their quotes which I’ve had in the past with other companies and keep you up to date through the process.
Would definitely use them again.
