Quick and easy.
I was worried after reading some of the negative reviews but I was paid the quoted amount.
Sent the phone off Tuesday and received funds on Thursday. Also, I was kept up to date throughout the full process.

I am very angry by this company. I sent them a purple iphone 12 in good condition but they were constantly emailing saying I had sent them a black iphone XR. I am 100% sure i sent them the iphone 12 seeing as i have never owned an iphone XR, nor has anyone in my household. I paid to get the phone back hoping it would be the 12 but what arrived today was a black iphone XR in bad condition. So now i have a phone that wasn’t mine and my phone which would sell for a lot more is now with this company and i will not be receiving it back. I am appalled.

Everything needed working fine but I got scared that my package got stolen as I did receive a notice from USPS that it was delivered to an “individual”. I emailed Gr8 and it took three business days to hear back from them simply to ask about a delivery confirmation from their end. Eventually I got an answer and my payment is now is processing but it was an emotional roller coaster to think my phone might have been lost along with the expected payment.

Knocked £101 off the price becuase the Face ID was not working, even tho I described it as not working, i rejected the first off and they came back with £20 more. I rejected it again and now charging me £8.95 to get it returned, shocking really.

My quote was £163. I sent off my phone and got a report saying the LCD was faulty and lowered the offer to £40. I rejected this and they offered £60 and said I’d have to pay £8.95 to get my phone back. I know my phone was immaculate, so I demanded proof by way of a video showing the fault. Lo and behold 5 days later I’m told the ‘testing room manager’ has retested the phone and found no faults so they paid the £163. No apology or explanation. I’m so glad I fought back, this is clearly a scam company taking advantage of people’s trust! Ask for proof guys, they back down when they realise they’ve been caught out
