orders don't often go smoothly

orders don't often go smoothly, half my attempts the traveler was stopped by customs, one time for like 14 hours, all his belonging confiscated and so order canceled ect.. delivery is often organized last minute, only for a few hours, at a place that could be pretty far.

Big SCAMMERS

Big SCAMMERS, they will suspend your account once you receive money. No communication for account suspension. Just lie that they are doing some investigation which is not the case. Very poor customer service as well. -100%

The service is just perfect

The service is just perfect. I used to use the service before and last week I was on a rash time and Grabr did it again. I just received a costume for my kid in only 8 days. Thank you Grabr for make this happen =)

Unfair to the buyer

Grabr doesn’t offer any claim or cancellation options once you’ve paid. I won’t be using it again.

Refund policy is based on IP weirdo

Totally negative just because of their INSANE refund policy.

I placed an order for the delivery from US to Argentina. Once I was paying it, the system showed that if I use Aegentinian bank card, I'll only be able to refund my payment to their Wallet. However I have a Thai bank card and I used it to pay. At the moment of payment system explicitly showed that a refund to my initial payment method is possible

Guess what? When the order was cancelled by a traveller, the refunded my money to their idiotic internal wallet.

Once I contacted their non-client-oriented support line, they told me, their refund policy is based on...IP (!) IP?? Really?

Completely recommended!

Grabr is an app that I found just a few months ago. My first purchase was a success so I started using it relatively often for specific purchases of products that I can't find in my country or that if I can find them, they have an excessive extra cost.
I recommend it to all those who want to buy something in another country and don't plan to travel there in the near future.
There is a text chat with the person who will bring you the order, your money is protected until you have the product in your hands and the traveler buys exactly what you tell him, so you minimize absolutely all the errors of buying the wrong product.
It is definitely a "WIN WIN" for both parties. They earn their commission. You get the product that you can't get in your country and you pay for it to be brought to you. It's that simple!

It will be necessary to create a method to resolve the insecurity of purchases that are sent by mail to the final buyer. What happens is that travelers, in order to accept their order, impose delivery conditions, which in this case will be sending by mail and not by hand. The traveler brings the order and asks the final buyer to release his payment for him and then post the order to the Post Office. There is a risk of not receiving the order, receiving it with damage, etc... The final recipient needs to blindly trust the traveler and bear new transportation expenses and the entire burden if something goes wrong. In my last three orders this happened
