Scam company , I order a e piece suit and they send a cheap plastic suit. I will ask the bank for the refund as I the company it’s based in china and I don’t want to get scammed again

Avoid....ordered oversized turtle neck jumper, item is certainly not oversized and is cheap quality, awful
nothing like photos or description on website. Trying to return for refund is hard work. They have tried to get me to keep it and pay postage for a larger size, offered a 30% refund and finally you have to pay return postage and tracking to China !!! Clearly not a UK based company. Don't be fooled by the website 😡

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering! If I could have given zero stars I would have. I ordered a fleecy sweater and what arrived was a disgraceful, cheap synthetic, thin top. The zip obscures the wording on the top. On the photo it appears to have embroidered stitching but it's a cheap print onto synthetic material. The colours are faded and washed out, nothing like the photo on their website. The top wasn't cheap - £42 and took 3 weeks to arrive. I'm still waiting for a response to my request for a refund.

Item was over 3 weeks late, poor quality and NO UK RETURNS ADDRESS. They will make you return ship to China at your own cost or offer a partial refund so you lose money either way. Very dishonest.

Alerting… 0 hour policy on changing your mind, it’s illegal in the UK .. I was dubious about this and tried to cancel an order 37 minutes later due to bad reviews… was told can not stop order so expecting no returning possibility due to other posts … do not order from this sight .. they should not have a 0 hours policy and they have a really bad record!!!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Bought a coat that was advertised as “woollen”. It arrived and is made of the cheapest synthetic material. The coat has no labels in it at all, so cannot imagine what the material is and how flammable it might be. Beware that returns are at YOUR OWN COST TO CHINA! They will not refund you until the item is received back in China. I refused to return because the postage costs would likely be more than the cost of the coat and secondly, it is so environmentally unfriendly. It is my own fault for not reading the appalling Trustpilot reviews- DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Tried to return a jacket that looked completely different from the pictures — never heard back from them! Sent several emails and tried calling, but no response. Absolute scam!

I tried to cancel my order after having seen such negative reviews only to be told that this was not possible as the request was made within 0 hours.
Not good customer service at all.

They are basically stealing peoples money.
They are a scam website in China. Took two months for a substandard product to arrive and then you have to pay to return to China with a signature (at roughly the same cost as the product). When you chase for the refund they send AI emails requesting photographs of the package sent, photos of the address it was sent to, photos of the label - if you can’t do this they say they won’t refund. Total scam website.

If I could give a negative review I would.

If you’re looking for quality products, avoid these at all costs.

If you see something you like on their website, take it with a pinch of salt and imagine low quality, chinese garbage.

They may look like they’re a UK company but they run from an address in China with appalling customer service that seems to be driven by AI or scripts and response.

I purchased a lovely looking zipped jacket for my partner.

After chasing on where my product was and their tracking link failing to work, I found out that the item had only just been dispatched the day I complained.

After waiting another week, the item arrived and all I can suggest is that it’s cheap material that is nothing like the photo on their website.

To round it off, the jacket has no zip… very misleading.

After a long winded and frustrating email exchange the only option they give is for the customer to organise returning the item at full cost to CHINA with tracking. You have to have tracking to ensure you know where the package is. If they don’t receive it you won’t be refunded.

They have offered me a 25% refund and option to keep the item, however, I purchased a zipped jacket and they have supplied me with a jacket that has no zip and nothing like as described.

I purchased this using PayPal for protection and currently have a live case against Grace Aura, as they are selling items that are misleading.

All I can suggest is to anyone reading this, avoid at all costs!

It seems to be Chinese company running a UK fronted brand thats selling overpriced garbage and bouncing around grey areas to cover their backs.

Hopefully PayPal return my money with the evidence that has been given.
If not, I’ve wasted £30 - might as well have put it in the bin.

If there was a Zero star score I would give it. I returned a jacket to them on 28 March 2025. It cost £15 to send it back to China because they would not accept it if it was returned to the return address on the package. I still have no refund and the tracking for the item says it is still
waiting for the company to pay the fee required to pick it up. As it is £54 I am livid. Avoid at all costs.

Grace Aura are misleading and inaccurate in what is being offered on website and what you will receive.
I ordered a Winter Leather Jacket - Sherpa - Fur Lined - Biker Jacket - Men's Leather Jacket price £79.95
Their website says the following:
Material: High-quality synthetic leather with a warm wool interior. In fact the jacket is made from extremely cheap synthetic material, The colour is NOT dark brown but copper coloured. The inside is NOT wool. I paid £80 for what resembles a puce coloured dish cloth.
They have faked their trust pilot reviews on website.
Their phone number doesn’t exist. They are not based in Uk but China. Contacting them is impossible by email address given. A new form is the only way to contact them and then they “close your ticket” so you have no reference to the item. Finally by persistently sending new forms via their website, I got a return form but it would cost me as much as the jacket to return to China. Company sent me the wrong item & now they won’t refund me unless I pay for the £20 shipping which is unacceptable! They should provide free shipping to correct the error. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

I ordered a wetsuit. Got an cheap swimsuit nothing like in a product description. Tried contact them via email about return, first been told to send photo of the returning item as a proof of the condition (not make any sense), then I was told that due to hygiene it cannon be returned even though nothing is written in terms and condition.

And waited for the delivery 4 weeks!!! When asked they said it is delay due high volume of orders.

Dont buy from this website as you will be dissapointed! Waste of money!!!

Absolute con artists. Ordered something described as a “wet suit” when in fact it was a cheap and poorly made swimming costume. I contacted them about returning the item and was advised due to hygiene reasons I could not return the item. Despite not even trying it on and the hygiene sticker still being in place. Do not buy from these idiots!

Wouldn’t even give this 1 star. Don’t even bother ordering from here. Total scam. Took ages to come and website based says in the UK when it is actually in China. Was offered a 15% refund of £45! I should be entitled to a full refund! The product on the website looks stunning - completely different dress arrived and the quality was woeful. Absolutely shocking. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
