We ordered a wooden bench. It is of good quality and there was a good choice of sizes and finishes. It took several weeks to arrive, but the expected delivery time was made clear when we placed the order so we were prepared for the wait. I would have appreciated an occasional email to update me on progress whilst the order was being processed. I would definitely use this company again.

Easy ordering system. I needed my console tables a different size to their standard. Arrived three weeks later, well packaged. One table was 10cm shorter than I ordered, however it fit the space and I kept it. Emailed to let them know it was the wrong size, and was contacted instantly with a refund to allow for smaller size. Strong metal legs, lovely woods tops. Would order from Grace and Olive again.

I'm quite pleased with the product although the stain has cloth/brush marks on it. I can get by by covering it with something on the shelf. I had emailed to ask if the shelf could be cut length ways to create 2 narrow shelves but didn't receive a reply so I didn't know what would be delivered. As it turns out my request had been done but it would have been nice to know.

I waited weeks to receive a plank of wood, no holes and a bag of hooks. This was supposed to be a beautiful coat and hat rack. I ordered 2, received 1. Rang to complain and was told it would be resent. I went on holiday to then be told they wanted a photo before sending out the rest of my paid for order. The hooks advertised also “ran out” and others were sent. I ended up asking for a full refund and a courier to come and collect the item that had been sent which were not as advertised. Not a great experience!! Refund not yet received

Well made hanging rail and hooks for utensils, delivered earlier than usual for this firm after requesting it, to fit in with the programme of work on my house. Thank you for your thoughtful help and the extra effort!
