I surely recommend this website theme company! Their templates are fabulous and easy to use with a lot of great features. Their support is also fabulous. When asking for support results in a solution, sometimes within an hour. They're always kind. A made some mistakes during working on a script, resulting in a broken website. Without any complains they fixed it everytime, even on Sundays. I love these guys.

Tech A███ D██████ for responding quickly with reply to my questions. However, after A███ D██████ fixed a color, it seems it's not a theme to use in WordPress. Not sure how the other themes in the package are.

Author response and support are outstanding! We have the model Pro-version. Not the easiest WP theme to navigate and needed custom CSS code for a simple need. But it met my client's needs and again, can't emphasize enough how fast and helpful authors were.

We really love this theme! Made a beautiful website for our client. Some of the 'short codes' needed some tweaking. We asked for some adjustments and that was no problem, the issues were solved within the day. Great service from the Grace Theme!

Not a user friendly theme option, a lot of option cannot be chosen at premium theme(color, fonts size, layout, background.....), a lot of function need to use css coding, the "Short Code" provided just for review, maybe it more suitable for programmer, if you're not, better skip this.

I don't think these themes are built to be customized and under a professional support team. Requested some customization adding to the theme, but support replied "Not Possible to do this...Not Possible to do that"... in the end, all customization requests were rejected. List out 5 issues, only fix 2 issues; another 3 issues have to resend again, and again....only can be fixed !

The feature promised in the theme description aren't what it is after you bought the product. The theme Pro feature that they show you in the pictures isn't really there after you bought it. You have to make a feedback and they WILL THEN code it in for you. Don't buy from them, ain't worth the price.

A great theme... adjustable to any retail needs... and fast and accurate service... not really a problem with the theme itself but they helped fix my issue within hours.

I used the Elevation PRO theme, which has several customizable features that fits my website. The customer service is usually very fast to reply and happy to help.
