I was pleased with the dresses when they arrived. They were a comfortable fit and linen is such a pleasant material. I loved the look of both dresses. The only letdown was that they were see-through.

I ordered a Valentina dress and Presley top for upcoming trip. The items arrived on Aug 19th. On Aug 22nd I submitted a return request online per instructions provided for the dress which does not fit me well. I have not heard back from the company at all. I wrote an email to the address provided as contact on on Aug 26th asking for status of my return because I leave for my trip in 3 days and will not be in the US to ship it back. No response. There is no phone number one could call anywhere on the website or the emails with order confirmation. I am at a loss how to return the item. Honestly, for 10 days I am ignored as a customer. This will force me to keep the dress because I cannot ship it back? I will never order from this company again.

I ordered two identical dresses, one in my usual size, and one larger. The colour and design were very appealing on the website, and the items that arrived were of reasonable quality (though very crumpled).
The problem was that they seem to be designed for a flat person! Yes, the measurements (width) are correct, but the design takes no account of the fact that women have SHAPE.
I asked to return them, but instead the company offered that I could keep them (and give to someone as a gift) for a 1/2 price offer.
That was not what I wanted, as I don't know ANYONE who doesn't have curves.
After a few more emails prompting them, I did receive a full refund.
But they didn't give me a return address to send the dresses back.
That's just a weird business model - and doesn't live up to their sustainable credentials.
I'm more than happy to make the effort to return them, but it's been well over a month now and no news from them, so I think I'll take them to my local Oxfam shop.

The dress I ordered was too big. Grae Cove refunded my purchase, and it was a pleasant experience.

The clothing is beautiful and colorful. I have enjoyed wearing the pieces. The only thing that takes away from a perfect experience is that I had to wait much longer to receive the items than was predicted. It was stated that shipping would take 6-10 business days. I had to wait for two and a half weeks which was frustrating.

Grae Cove has been very helpful with returns/refunds. Of the three blouses I ordered (in two different orders), two were cut too small in the torso, but the third is perfect. I absolutely love Grae Cove's styles, but I think their sizing needs just a bit of adjusting. For example, a 2X in Talbots' shirts is perfect. Perhaps a comparison of measurements to more accurately fit women like me who would love to keep our purchases might help? Thank you to Grae Cove for being so helpful with refunds/returns!

The shade of blues even more beautiful than the photos portrayed. The fit was perfect, right off the bat. I missed that there was a lining when I ordered it so that was a surprise and gave more confident in the quality. The stitching was great. The linen was not stiff or need to be "broken in". I literally wore it right out of the box. I sent it to the cleaners and wore it again the following weekend ... still perfect.

The shipping was quick and nicely put together. The 2 shirts that I ordered are lovely. They are slightly heavier weight than I expected but they will be usable when the weather is cooler.

Such nice quality linen for a very reasonable price! Shipping is fast and sizing is accurate.

The blouses I ordered were great but did not look good on me, not really my style though I thought the Peter Pan collar might have worked out but it made me look kind of older than my years.
