Very disappointed
I ordered on December 8th and didn’t receive the map until December 29th. The website claims that they ship in 5-6 business days which is totally false. Customer service response is very slow and responses are canned. The quality of the poster is terrible. I ordered the “classic” version which, on the website has a vintage look. The map I received looks like something you would see in a grade school classroom. I have asked for a refund and so far only received an acknowledgement of my request.

If I could give less than a one star…
If I could give less than a one star review, I would...I relied on a recommendation from CNN Underscored, and got SCREWED!!!! No way to reach them, much disappointment on Christmas, etc., etc....and CNN couldn't care less. In a year in which so much trust has been lost, I am probably more angry with CNN than I am with this horrible company. If you see this review before you buy, STAY AWAY!!!
Is the company legitimate?
Still waiting on this product. No response from customer service. I don't think this is a proper company. Feels like a scam. Be careful everyone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GRAFOMAP
Update 1/25/2021. Received an email from Grafomap last Wednesday (1/20/2021) saying my replacement map was delivered. No, it was not. The email also said provide complete address? I already did this last time, and still it has not arrived. Plus, how was a replacement delivered without a complete address? It appears that all communications with them are just form letters, and they select the one that most closely fits whatever they want to say. Whatever, I have not received the replacement map, it's been almost two months since my original order (which was a Christmas present), and I'm tired of dealing with them.
You'll note below that they answered this review saying customer service would get in touch. Sorry, Grafomap, too little, too late. I am instructing American Express to pursue getting their money back.
Update 1/4/2021: Contacting American Express has evidently helped. I received an email from Grafomap saying they are making another map and sending it to me. Of course, this was a Christmas present, so they missed the mark there.
I guess, if I receive it, it will have to be used for another occasion my son. Good thing it wasn't for a one time recipient!
I will continue to update.
Ordered map on 12/3. Never received. Then I realized the only way to communicate was through email. Received back a useless message saying per their tracking info, I received the order, and hoped I was enjoying it! Sure, I don't have it, but I sure am enjoying it. Sent another request saying I did not have the package, and requesting the tracking info in detail - no response. I then went to my American Express statement ( they charged the payment immediately after the order) to try to find out if there was contact info there, only to discover Grafomap is located in Lativa. No address, no phone number. I hope American Express will refund it, because it's obvious I'm never receiving the order. Goodbye cool Christmas present😠

Feels like a scam
I made a USD 200 plus order more than 5 business days ago ( #GM2016332). Still no notice of shipment and customer service is not responsive. The site has fantastic marketing but it feels like a scam. I'll give it another 48 hours and then cancel the payment via my credit card company. I do not recommend purchasing from this company to anyone.

Do not order from this site. Increasingly believe it is a scam. I have queried a missing order (placed in early Nov 2020 for 6 Christmas presents) and have been given an absolute dance around by the company. I've sent order numbers, the so-called updated UPS tracking numbers, and they are responding they have no record of my payment or order. Interestingly, the FB page is listed as Riga, Latvia. Shipping - when I COULD see anything - was in Germany, but customer services responses are from the US. Do not trust this site. And Grafomap customer service - if you are reading this, you have effectively defrauded me of over AUD$300 and I am still awaiting a refund.
Nightmare experience but finally received refund
1/20/2021 Update: I can report that after a dozen email exchanges over more than a month and submitting a fraud dispute, I have FINALLY received a full refund.
1/14/2021 Update: I have submitted a transaction dispute with my credit card company.
GRAFOMAP IS A RIP-OFF. Despite Grafomap’s website claim, “We have a no-questions-asked refunds policy. Just drop us a line and consider it done.”, I have NOT received my refund after having destroyed the maps and sending them photos of the destroyed items. I have been corresponding with them over more than dozen emails since 12/18/2020 to no avail.

While the online ordering experience is great and the delivery was really quick, the quality of the framing is terrible. One map is misaligned (not level) and the paper is puckered along the mat edge, and the frame is also misaligned where the corner comes together. The other map is just okay - the print quality is good but there’s a bit of dust between the plexiglass and the print. Frame is and looks plastic. And no hanging hardware is included. Terrible quality for $168 each.

Company/Website are a Scam
1/22/21 Just to keep the updates rolling...I emailed grafomap on January 14 asking that my order be cancelled and refunded immediately, to no response, yet somehow they had the time to try to argue the authenticity of my review. Grafomap, I’m still waiting for ANY kind of response....1/9/21 Second update...it's been well over a month since that 4-6 day delivery guarantee was paid for. I've given up on expecting this will ever be shipped or arrive and have disputed the charge with my cc company. This website/company should be shut down...they clearly have no intention of ever deliver products that are paid for. 12/27/20 Update...it's been 22 days since I paid for "expedited production and delivery", and there's been no response from the company to my inquiries and no indication that the order will ever ship...... (Original Post) Like most of the other reviewers...I paid for expedited production/delivery with time to spare for my friend's birthday. That birthday has now come and passed without even an indication that the map will be shipped. Just a tip for the company...don't offer expedited delivery if you (egregiously) cannot make it happen. Customer service has gone silent when I've tried to get in touch with them. Extremely disappointing.

Wrong item -- but fixed in time
Grafomap came up pretty high in the Google search results just before Christmas. Based on my observations (reviews were initially positive but quickly turned negative as Christmas approached), it seemed they ran a successful marketing campaign and got overwhelmed -- and therefore struggled to deliver. I ordered something in early November, experienced a shipping delay, then received the wrong order, but eventually they got it fixed. Just in time -- my gift arrived the morning of December 24th. I promised to update my previous review if they managed that. Alas, they managed!
The product was good. And if you're ordering after Christmas, you will likely experience fewer issues. It's fairly pricey for what it is, but it's a personalized gift that, in my case, was much appreciated. So it's probably worthwhile -- just make sure you order a month in advance or else have a backup plan in place.
Feels like a scam, DO NOT ORDER
Just like all these other recent reviewers, I have had a terrible experience and do not recommend ordering from this company. I placed my order 5 weeks ago, and NEVER got a shipping notification. The only reason I ordered from this company was because they said “3-5 day shipping on average.” I don’t even want the product anymore, as it was meant to be a gift for a birthday that has since passed. I emailed customer service and they completely ignored my refund request. I still have no idea if the product is ever coming or if I just got completely scammed out of my money.
Also- I would never have ordered had I realized this ships from GERMANY. Their emails sign off as being based in Miami, FL. Just another way in which they trick you. But I should’ve done my research.
Update- after sending my third or fourth email requesting a refund, they finally shipped my order 6 weeks after I placed it. They said they’d be happy to give me a refund if I “take a sharp object and cut a slit in the canvas” and then send them a photo of the destroyed item....
My street not on their map
We moved into our condominium three years ago on a new subdivision with new streets. Three years later, the street is still not on their maps. Obviously, their maps are way out of date. Just useless!

I paid for priority 2-6 day shipping, 14 days ago, and haven’t received the item, the item hasn’t been shipped out, there’s no tracking, they don’t even know where in the process they are with the order. Absolutely terrible all around. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and now I’m going to look like the guy who didn’t care about this person in front of everyone because Grafomap dropped the ball big time and have done nothing to make it right.
They replied on here to send an email... I’ve sent 4 emails in the last week, and they have no information to give and haven’t responded to the last 2 emails. But they were sure quick to respond here

I made an order and received confirmation on October 21, 2020.
November 2, 2020 I received an email saying "your order is taking longer than usual but no worries."
November 4, 2020 I was asked by email to send a review, which I didn't do because I had no product to review.
November 7, 2020 I received another email reminding me to write a review, but I still hadn't received my order, nor had I received any other communication regarding my order.
November 18, 2020 I finally decided to email Grafomap and politely ask if there were any type of update on my order.
November 19, 2020 I received a confirmation of my question about my order, but still no answer regarding my order.
November 21, 2020 I felt I had no choice but to leave this very truthful review.
It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to receiving my order in an acceptable timeframe since it was a birthday gift for my wife.
December 8 I still have not received my order or even a reply about where my order is, even after the company reply below. They tell me to contact them, which I do, I then get a non-response that they will contact me. They never do.
Please refund my payment immediately.
