It was straight forward, a little fun easy to set up and fingers crossed I hope I win!

James called me straight after the live stream to congratulate me personally - I was so shocked, I didn’t think it would ever happen. He couldn’t have been more helpful, taking the time to explain the next steps and talk me through the choice between receiving the watch or the cash alternative. On this occasion, I opted for the cash, and everything was handled incredibly smoothly. James arranged all the paperwork, and the funds were in my account within 24 hours. I’ll definitely be entering more competitions in the future, and I’ll be keeping James’ number handy for help sourcing my next watch.

After speaking with James and saying there was a different model I really like he worked very hard to find a perfect example and allowed me to put the £10K towards the purchase price!
