I love my new desk! It was easy to assemble and gives lots of clear working space in my home office. When I want to convert the room to a place for hobbies it works really well for that too. It is easy to keep clean and it looks great. Ordering was easy and being able to specify the dimensions to suit the space means I get best use out of my room. Delivery was badly delayed by lockdown restrictions but that aside I have been delighted.

The table and benches are lovely. Easy to set up. Solid. Durable. Looks lovely. Easy to clean. The date of delivery was delayed due to material supply problems caused by COVID and the Grain people always kept in touch unprompted and gave a big unexpected discount on the furniture because of the delay. They never passed this delay off as beyond their control which they could have done - they just owned it. I love that. The sort of customer service you want but rarely get. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought a table, bench and chair from Grain and I’m absolutely delighted with them. Gorgeous design and great quality. There was a slight confusion around the delivery but I got in touch with their customer services and it was cleared up straight away, great service!

Just wanted to feed back that we absolutely love our new table. It is such beautiful wood and just so simple and classic. We also found the video helping us put it together just so clear and helpful - it was genuinely easy to put together. Can’t recommend the company highly enough - all the communication has been so pleasant and super helpful and the end product is great.

We spent so much time looking for a dining table which is compact, solid wood, extending yet light weight and non-bulky. There was none that fits all the requirements we had, until we found Grain. Our high beech extending table arrived after 10 weeks and it was worth a wait. We also love their ethos of environmentally friendly and saving resources. The lovely customer service Isabella was very prompt with answering any queries we had kept us up to date with our order.

This is a very well made, simple and elegant piece of furniture. It’s got clean simple lines and was very easy to assemble.

I chose to buy a Grain table because they offered a modern twist with carefully chosen materials, manufactured in the UK in groovy London digs.
Really pleased with the quality and production, they kept to the manufacturing and delivery timescales. The end product hasn't disappointed, fresh modern and really lovely to eat, read and work at. We took the plunge and bought a giant dining table, coffee table and bench just to complete the look.

I bought 2 small nesting side tables - they're perfect for my needs and the comms from Grain has been excellent

Furniture arrived damaged. Oak veneer coming away from the wood.

It was also incredibly difficult to put up. Took us about 4 hours in total and required us to take the furniture apart to get the final bolts in place (with a lot of jiggling and adjustment), before having to go back to the start and put it together again.

Customer support generally responsive, but seems that it's the result of a design/production issue they're already aware of.

We are very happy with our new table and bench. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and they were easy to put together. The delivery took a while longer than hoped but to be expected given the situation. Many thanks

Literally LOVE everything about Grain! Ordered the most beautiful nest of tables, and anytime I had a question about ordering or delivery, they were so quick to get back in touch! The customer service was 10/10. The tables arrived in the most environmentally friendly packaging (not a single bit of plastic in sight!) and the are honestly a work of art! just love them so much! Cannot recommend Grain highly enough. I love my new desk, it is beautifully made, and very high quality. The customer service has been top notch and the instructional video makes building your furniture dead easy. The lag time is well worth the wait.
