Ordered an outdoor spotlight
Ordered an outdoor spotlight, it came with no power source, just exposed wires. However no earth (don’t think that is legal in Australia). PDS also admits water may ingress so not IP rated as advertised. Company offered a voucher but only a full refund if I paid to return the product. Lucky I paid using PayPal.

Ordered small item on 1st May/8th June still not here or looks like sent.
Ordered small item on 1st May, now 8th June and still no sign, had some chat conversations they say they can do nothing until 30 full working days.
They just gave the carrier details and it seens they are still waiting too.
I would say "scroll past and hut elsewhere"
Other companies ship from China (I didnt realise I thought they were uk and will check fully in future) but thr others can and do deliver small and large orders in a couple of weeks.
Shocking delivey and customer service.
Do not bother with them.
