Poor customer service and deceptive advertising! I received 2 pieces of large plastic instead of the 110 cm zipper I paid $55 for, which I couldn't find anywhere else! I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through their website, but not only is it extremely complicated (requiring proof of purchase and pictures of the received item), but you have to explain the problem again every 10 minutes because they change employees! It's disgraceful to treat customers this way! A piece of advice: NEVER BUY from this place! They are dishonest!

i purchased 2 remote helicopters for my grandsons, i found i could not track them which was a worry, and when i did eventually get them the boxes were crushed to the piont i could not get the helicoptoer out, the box was completly broken, they didnt even bother to make sure the plastic window would be safe for travel, discraceful, buts fell out of box, ive order products from other places, they have double boxed things for safe travel, i will not be purchasing anything else from Grandado,they just dont seem to care

big dissapointment
Description and the picture of the product is different vs what I received. I bought a globe that mean to have 20 cm diameter-it does not have 20 mm. Also, it was not supposed to be a lamp, but it has a lamp. I am disappointed with the purchase.

Pleas never buy here. the products are from china, and if you want to return them they will ask for a huge shipping fee, so you actually dont feel like you have the option of sending something back.
They are also to expensieve to affort that kind off behavior. That is something i axpected from Aliexpres....

I would not recommend using this site. After almost a week and 3 return requests I have still not been contacted. I ordered 4 teepee tents and received 4 strings of lights instead. While it clearly states that I am buying teepee tents in the description. So I hope that via this route someone will contact me to arrange my refund!

Delivery was on time with no issue. The product was not a fit to my need, asked to return and eventually agree on 60% money back without shipping it back to them.
The return form is not working so has to call them on the phone.

I never received my product
I never received my product, nor did I get a refund. I accept that it took me longer than the three months stated in the terms and conditions to lodge my complaint, but to pay money for something and not get it is scandalous. I was told there were delays so kept waiting. I paid for my purchase on 13/12/2022. Finally found the confirmation email and corresponded with their chatbox. They directed me to their terms and conditions - said sorry and there was nothing they could do. I won’t use this company again. Buyer beware.

Flooded with phish calls after placing an order.
We have lived in New Zealand for 5 years, never once receiving a phish call over the phone or SMS scams. The day after placing an order with granddado.com, we are now being flooded. Either grandado is a scummy business, or they're a front for a scummy business.
Avoid them at all cost.
