Never received my product. Track and trace mentions some pick-up point but no location. Contacted Grandado through the contact form but never received a reply. Lost all my money, would not recommend anyone to order here.

Additionally, the customer service I received when addressing this issue was subpar. It took several attempts to reach someone who could assist me, and even then, the process was not as smooth as I had hoped. The lack of clear communication and delay in resolving the issue further added to my disappointment.

To enhance the overall customer experience, I suggest implementing the following improvements:

Strengthen quality control measures: Review your order fulfillment process and implement stricter checks to avoid incorrect items being shipped to customers. Investing in technology or systems that double-check orders before shipment could significantly reduce such errors.

Improve customer service responsiveness: Ensure that customers can easily reach a representative who can assist them promptly. Implementing multiple communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, would offer customers more options and improve response times.

Streamline the returns and exchange process: Simplify the process of returning or exchanging an incorrect item. Clear instructions and a user-friendly interface on your website or app will make it easier for customers to rectify any order discrepancies.

Communicate proactively: Inform customers promptly if there are any issues or delays with their orders. Providing updates on the status of the order, especially in case of a change or substitution, would help manage expectations and avoid surprises upon delivery.

As a customer, I believe that these improvements would enhance the overall shopping experience and instill a sense of trust and reliability in your webshop. I hope my feedback is taken constructively and leads to positive changes that benefit both the business and its customers.

The 3/4 bib tights were branded and shown as 'La Passione'. The tights I received are not La Passione. The pad and stitching are absolute garbage, and the material is thin with zero insulation. The fight is too loose up top and too tight in the leg. They didn't even try to put a fake label on them. False advertising and just terrible quality. €70 to learn that Grandado is a scam site. AVOID

Been waiting for an order for over a month after paying extra for fast delivery

The product is fine and the price was also okay. It just took way too long to arrive. Many weeks. I'm maybe spoilt by the next day delivery here in NL but four weeks is far too long. I can find a similar product for the same or cheaper and get in within days which is just what I did after this experience.

The product was not received as expected but great assistance from the customer service. Very helpful!!
