Excessive amount charged

When I made the reservation, I realized that an excessive amount had been charged to my account. I contacted the hotel and explained the situation. They assured me that the money would be refunded when I checked out. At checkout, they took a copy of my credit card and assured me that a refund would be processed. However, I never received the payment.

I reached out to them again and was asked to provide my IBAN number so they could transfer the money. Despite doing this, I still didn’t receive the refund.

Overall, this experience has left me with a negative impression of this hotel, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
