Untrustworthy people

We bought a membership on Friday,11/09/2023. I was nervous about them having condos where we travel to.
They didn't so I called the owner, Rick Ulm the next day. He said he didn't want anyone in the program that didn't want to be there and would reverse the charges on my credit card. It would show up in 5-7 days. He never did reverse the charges after promising he would for 3 months. He then said I didn't send in the required notice to cancel within the 3 day limit. I went to arbitration as required in the contract and they wouldn't join the arbitration process as listed in their contract. Very untrustworthy people.
