Our go to company...

My family and I have bought large canvases from GrangePrint on more than one occasion for our our own homes and as gifts for friends. We find the quality of their prints are always of a high specification, hence why they are always our go to company when adding key images to our canvas gallery.

Fantastic

This is not my 1st order with grange print.. I was panicking as I didn't receive a conformation email an it took a little longer which am happy with due to environment & xmas. I only ordered as I got email saying they had a sale the quality the size an overall standard for little money was Superb.... I think I've found the perfect company to use for my picture wall in future.... Very happy customer & thank you.

Terrific customer service

Terrific customer service, accidentally sent lower grade pictures for my canvases. Grangeprint extremely good allowing photos to be changed and arranging fast delivery. Highly recommended.

PHOTO LOOKS CHEAPLY PUT TOGETHER

The photo is okay but does look cheaply put together. The discount given is not genuine because no one would pay over £100 for what I got. I paid £31.50 and that was too much.

Rip off , poor quality , just horrible

I would much rather give zero stars i ordered 3 groupon vouchers 1 for myself and 2 additional for gifts , paid separate postage for all despite this they crammed 2 separately paid orders into one package which I received after a 15 day wait (5.95 postage paid per item crammed both in the same little package) the other is still yet to arrive at the address which was bought for a gift for my grandad, thats not all I see the first canvas (all 3 bought are of the same photo but as stated 2 given as gifts) I see the first canvas absolutely beautiful , I lift that one up and look at the second one that one they have cut half the head off wrapped around the canvas just why ??!? Why do that one to such a poor standard after doing the first correctly ??? And now I am so worried about the quality my grandad is going to receive his in , its just not acceptable and after spending a total of 18 pounds on postage costs I am just appalled at what I have received and I am so upset you have no Idea I wasted my money on this rubbish site and along awaited wait I can give as gifts very angry , upset and just appalled worst site I have ever ordered photos from I shall write to groupon too as I hope no one else gets caught out like this

I have looked in to this for you and can see that you placed one order and adjusted the photo on the canvas so that the full image was correctly cropped on the face of the canvas but with the second order you are referring to this was not the case. I am afraid we can only print what is supplied to us and this is exactly how the image was uploaded.


I can see that you have been liaising with our customer service team and that they have kindly offered to replace the item for you free of charge as a gesture of goodwill even though we were not at fault.
In regards to postage I can see that you have purchased two Groupon vouchers and placed both orders on our website under the same account - please note due to the huge discount applied we did limit these deal to 1 voucher per customer as stated on Groupon.


If our dispatch team notice that two parcels are being shipped to the same address they will combine parcels to make it easier for our courier, it helps reduce our carbon footprint and it avoids additional unnecessary contact risk for our couriers who are doing such a challenging job at the moment. We still have to pay the same amount in postage due to the weight of the package.


We were really upset to read your review, we pride ourselves on our customer service and our amazing products that are bringing joy to so many people at this difficult time, hopefully we will be able to resolve this for you as we discuss further via email.

Excellent customer service

Whilst I was pleased with the prints I received I was also very impressed by the customer service. The courier left my parcel under an outside porch when it was raining. Hence my posters were all water damaged by the time I got home. I emailed customer services and they replied within half an hour offering an urgent reprint and a discount voucher off my next purchase. Both the speed and the responsiveness of this customer service was impressive and means I will definitely shop with them in the future.

2x canvas

I ordered 2x canvases though groupon very beginning of December, these arrived 5th-9th January.
I must say I am VERY pleased with how they come. I received one canvas before the second, I emailed Ashton and his responses were VERY quick and VERY helpful!
Even though the delivery process took a while I do have to put into consideration Christmas days..
most definitely order from here again. X

I have used Grange Print twice now

I have used Grange Print twice now, once a couple years ago and the transaction went smoothly- canvas quality is brilliant!
I’ve now ordered again for two more canvasses, they arrived in good time, packaged well and again the quality is amazing!!
One thing I will say is, the website could be a little more user friendly, especially when creating collage canvasses but a little patience and you’ll get there. It’s worth it, I would recommend using this service.

Great value & service in a pandemic !

Purchased a Groupon voucher to use online with Grangeprint and although the were additional charges to pay some not compulsory, When the mounted canvas prints arrived in time for Christmas as promised on a tight time schedule I was really pleased with them especially the quality & professional service. There is also a telephone number where you can speak to an actual person which is rare these days & the lady I spoke to was really helpful & polite. Value for money 5 star service in a pandemic can’t thank you enough.

i should of known better

i should of known better. ordered a few years ago and six months later got my canvass after every excuse known to man. today it freezes every time i remove all the extras and try to add my picture, though strangely uploads straight away with extras that i dont want, second chance blown, never again.

I ordered a Canvas for christmas ages…

I ordered a Canvas for christmas ages ago.

They sent it to wrong address with Hermes. Cant get hold of hermes and cant get hold of Grange print its driving me insane. How do companies get away with this? seriously?

First Class Service:
I really wanted to take time and write this review for Grange Print. I was extremely impressed with how they dealt with my order and more importantly how their customer service was always there and helped me all along. The perfect Christmas present

Absolutely phenomenal products and service!

Absolutely phenomenal products and service. I found a Groupon for a canvas (22" by 16") for £7.50. I only had to pay for delivery and other extras like a thicker frame to support the larger canvas size, UV protection and to have blank margins etc. However the full thing only came to about £21. The website offered us a second canvas of the same size for the same cost, so we bought two large 22" by 16", collage canvases for £42 delivered. An absolute bargain!

After ordering the first two we received a code for 85% off another set. So we ordered two more at £51 for both, delivered. That's still an absolute bargain! So we ordered four canvases as gifts.

We were quoted sixteen days for processing and delivery, but all four arrived within a week. All four are absolutely fantastic quality and we're over the moon with them. One image unfortunately had a line of black ink smudged across it, which isn't showing in the original image or the uploaded image and seems to be where the machine has run. Unfortunately, it seems to be sealed beneath the waterproof coating, so it wouldn't wash off.

Customer services were extremely helpful and very swift with their replies. A replacement was very promptly sent, which arrived today and is absolutely prefect.

All four canvases are absolutely beautiful and excellent quality, and the turnaround was extremely fast. All items were sent by a tracked Hermes service, which was very convenient and kept us updated.

The quality is exceptional. These will be cherished gifts. An absolutely brilliant first experience with Grangeprint.

We'll be back! Highly recommended. Thank you!

You only know how good a company is…

You only know how good a company is when there is a problem and I can honestly say that grangeprint exceeded my expectations. My canvas was damaged upon delivery and I sent an email regarding the issue. Within minutes I had a response. Not only that they offered me a replacement straight away and it was with me in days . I will defo be back . They handled the issue the way you would want . Not only that the quality of the canvas is second to none . I will only use grangeprint from now on . I am delighted 😁
