Really pleased with my canvas! I can't wait to give it to my relative for her birthday! The ordering process was easy to negotiate. I was kept upto date with how my order was coming along and the final plus, had a 2 hour delivery window! Most impressed!

I was really pleased with the excellent quality of the canvas prints I ordered. Unfortunately one arrived damaged in transit. Grangeprint replied to my email very quickly and arranged for another one to be sent straight away. I was really impressed, thanks.

Purchased two A2 canvas prints through Groupon at significant discount, Was a little worried at negative reviews on the company, but I found them helpful and very responsive. The prints were delivered about a week after ordering (well within the promised delivery time) and I am very pleased with them, Paid a little extra for the canvas protective coating, which was worth it. Would use again without hesitation,

I have used Grange Print a few times now and each time they’ve provided me with excellent quality canvases that are second to none. From start to finish they cut no corners and their service has been very professional. They've packaged my items very well and sent them via a trusted & tracked super-fast delivery with the Royal Mail.

Have been getting my canvasses from Grangeprint for some time. The places I have visited are on canvasses in every room in my home. The last one arrived damaged in transit. Grangeprint arranged another one to be sent straight away. No problem, no hassle. Great company, would recommend them anytime.

Got the photo canvas delivered in a reasonable time and the quality was OK but not fantastic, but the issue was that it arrived damaged. I have emailed Customer Services with photos of the packaging and the damage to the item but have not heard anything since.

Very poor customer service, so I don't recommend dealing with them. If it takes writing a review to get them to respond, then I am not sure that is the way to run a business.

I will always continue to use this company as the quality of customer care and service is second to none. Quality of prints for the cost of production and delivery is exceptional. Had family members and friends in tears of joy once they received the prints. The quality of image and canvas touched upon great moments and memories. A service I will continue to use from now on . Completely recommend this company; the service, quality, efficiency and customer service for such a reasonable cost, best I have come across.

Saw a group on offer that seemed to good to be true.... and it was! Got to final check out and it had added extras like £4.99 for postage. What appeared to be a £2.95 fantastic deal cost me £17 more, which although still not bad, felt a bit deceptive!

This was my third canvas in recent times from GrangePrint all beautifully finished. The images are sharp, 2 in bright colours and one B&W each within the parameters. The tick boxes in the specification requirements are very helpful to ensure a perfect 5* finish. Thank you.

I ordered a personalised key ring, a magnetic bottle opener and a confetti photo block. Love them! Beautifully made, excellent quality! It was easy to order online, so many great products to choose from. Delivery was quick, despite the mistake I made of uploading a low-quality pic. They contacted me about this (I paid for quality check) and it was super easy to re-upload a high res photo and update my order. I received order confirmation, dispatch and tracker emails in a timely manner. Super happy with the entire process and the items! Thank you so much!

Tried to order with a voucher and it wouldn’t go through so tried again and it appears to have gone through twice! I’ve received no answer to e mails and you can’t get any response by phone and still no communication about the order very poor customer service it appears sorry!
