From start to finish the whole experience was excellent and my kitchen is totally transformed .everyone involved from the initial consultation and the choosing of the granite work tops and splashbacks through to the final fitting - all done quickly in a single day -was efficient and professional . Highly recommended

I would have given a zero rating. I had my installation and the cupboard doors quickly started pealing. When I contacted Exeter granite transformations I was told that door colour was discontinued already, after trying to fix the problem and failing they eventually managed to get more of the door colour but by then more doors had started pealing, I had these done but soon after more started pealing. I had said that I thought I had a faulty set or doors but was ignored. After months of not getting any reply from Patrick I phoned to be told the franchise had been sold. I sent through all my receipts and guarantee but heard nothing back. Now after chasing they say I am outside of the warranty time even though I reported all the problems within the timeframe. The service is terrible, I thought I had dealt with Granite Transformations as a company not a franchise. Don’t buy from them the gauranteee is worthless
After Granite Transformations repaired saying this wasn’t the service they would expect and that they would be in touch I have still not been contacted regarding the useless cupboard door that they fitted. As I said before the guarantee is worthless

We have just had Overlay Worktops fitted by Calvin and Michael from Trend Transformation and are delighted with the results. My kitchen now has sparkling shiny new worktops. Both Michael and Calvin just got on with the job quietly and proficiently and left my kitchen neat and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this company as from beginning to end it ran like clockwork and with a friendly touch. Love the little gift bag which Calvin gave me as he explained everything once they had finished and cleaned up. Excellent!

Dan and Chris from the Bolton branch were truly professional and the finish of the kitchen is amazing.
No stress whatsoever and they are reliable,friendly and clean workers.All rubbish removed and kitchen cleaned at the end of every day.

Highly recommend granite transformations! They replaced the worktops, sinks and taps in our kitchen and utility. It looks stunning and has transformed our kitchen! The workmen arrived on time and left everywhere clean and tidy! The after care was great too as there was a small leak under the sink which was dealt with very quickly.

The kitchen looks great. A few issues during installation but the company responded very quickly to deal with it.

From a quote done at the first visit, through the templating, fitting and subsequent snagging visit they have been efficient and helpful. They coped with the removal of old upstands and plumbing in the new sink & tap, as well as refitting the electrical sockets as we had a splash-back above the worktops - all in all a great experience

Really good communication - all dates and prices were explained and met. All the staff I encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy and the doors are even better than I had hoped. Highly recommended.

Granite Transformations have indeed transformed my grubby kitchen into a pristine workspace.The quartz worktops are lovely ,clean looking ,solid and classy,so is the new hob. Team were very professional friendly, flexible with my tight daily schedule. Everything was done on time as per contract with a smile. Highly recommend their customer service,they being my local town British Business,making a real difference ,all in a day. The product has a gurantee for 10years ,supplied with information how to maintain my worktops too. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Having used the company before we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. From the initial quotation appointment to the finished job everything was excellent. The quality of the finished worktops is first class, although we would like to have know the possibly risks to staining on a white surface before, as the surface coating is different now to our last purchase. The care booklet that arrived after by post gave us all the info we needed to care for and clean the surface. Very happy with the finished project.
