Scam! No sunglasses, have contacted them 4 times with no response.

Have now had to raise it with my bank to retrieve the money.

I became really worried about my money because of lack of answer from the company's side

I paid for my frames 2 months ago.
All I want at this point is a return of money.

I'm really hoping they will contact me and we can solve this problem!

No contact despite e-mails chasing an order made 4 months ago.

Shocking.

I ordered on 4 September 2018 I got a refund from my Credit Card this week 30 October 2018 . I sent over 50 emails to them they sent me 1 email it did not answer anything about my order. Don’t use your Amazon account as I think you may not get money back. Do not use them.
Do not order from this lot they are no good .

FAKE company! Ordered over a month ago, no contact after numerous emails and no sign of sunglasses. Super annoyed at myself for not seeing all the feedback on this company before ordering. Searched address on google maps and it's an open field so clearly a fake company. How on earth is this website still online????

I ordered glasses nearly a month ago. I've chased my order, zero response.
I see on here people have had money back and some have had their orders, but it's the lack of contact that has been most frustrating.

Wouldn't order from them again if they paid me.

ordered a pair of Oakleys in June still no sign of them or refund,tried calling "customer service"no answer,sent a number of emails requesting info on order eventually got a reply with some lame excuse saying they had trouble in getting stock from a supplier

okay so I ordered my new pair of specs from this company... I was after the new Tom Ford Glasses with the magnetic shades clip. Order completed on the 1st of October ... I then went online and saw the shocking reviews and immediately got worried. I tried to email to no avail
I then called the number and was answered by a man
we struggled to communicate because he couldn’t speak English too great but got there in the end. He advised 14 working days the frames will be here then shipped to you. Yesterday I got a dispatched email from DHL and they arrived today. Amazing glasses
the communication could be worked on but they are a company in Spain so I guess it’s to be expected overall happy :) 7/10 I give them

Ordered on 9 September - still nothing and no return / mail contact. I am going to figure out how this company is regulated in Spain and make a formal complaint.

I ordered my shades. Paid my money.....then....nothing. Literally nothing. Months of trying to get hold of them have proved futile. I don’t know how to get my money back. SCAM. AVOID.

Sunglasses were never sent. Never replied to my emails. After a month of requesting a refund with no answer had to contact the bank to request my money back!!! PLEASE DO NO USE!!!!!! Don't be tempted by the prices. You wont see your money back from them!!

No honest company. I am waiting on my order over one month. No answer on email, phone. If I texted them first via chat ut was "Hello hiw can I help" and then I texted my complaint ...all stuff is busy they replied. So dont order anything from them.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses in August (order no 612622,), almost 2 months ago. I've tried emailing, phoning and using the online chat service but I can't reach anyone and I haven't received any information re my order.
I am left with no choice but to contact my bank and ask them recover payment. Very poor customer service.

Terrible experience. Item delayed, no response to emails or online chat. Okay if things go well, but silence if things don’t. Wouldn’t ever use again.
