Order number 611776 still not arrived 2 months after ordering!

I ordered two pairs of Ray-Ban’s on the 19th August 2018 and they’ve still not arrived. It’s now 11th October! I have emailed several times and had no response. I have tried to use the chat function on their website and it constantly says they are “very busy and will get back to me”, but nothing! If there was a way I could cancel my order on their website, I would. I am now over £200 out of pocket. Not at all happy.

Never came

Never came. I lost 100 £ like that.

Ordered Oakley Holbrook sunglasses ( #611757), nice price if they had arrived. The summer is over and I've still yet to receive these items. no response to emails or phone calls. AVOID by all means if you can!

or pay a cheap price for your sunglasses that never arrive.

Payment processed, but no sign of the glasses I ordered and no response to my emails. This seems to be consistent with what other people are saying here. It’s either incompetence or a scam. Either way, it’s not good. I’ll happily post an update here on any positive developments, but I’m not feeling very optimistic, especially after reading these reviews.

Stop trading them in UK

Stop trading them in UK. Established Scamsters. After 2 months, I luckily got refund from Amazon pay, if any of you have paid through Amazon Pay you have an escape route. Call Amazon pay, they will do the rest. For other payment methods I pity.

Very bad company

Very bad company! DON’T Purchase here! I ordered glasses in July. 3 weeks after order they say me there is a delay. 3 weeks after they were not able to say me when I receive them, so I decided cancel the order at end of August. From this moment, I’m still waiting for the reimboursement!

AVOID, your order will never arrive

I placed an order on 6th August (order number 609384). The glasses showed as in stock and my confirmation said they would be with me in 2 weeks. I have had no reply to my emails asking where they are and online tracking has shown them as “In process - With manufacturer” for a few weeks now. I would like a refund of the £90 that I spent on these non-existent glasses but with no replies to online chat or emails I am not very hopeful. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Fraudulent site - glasses never sent and no response ever received

I ordered some glasses and they were never sent. They don’t respond to email and their “chat” area is not manned - automated response saying they are busy. I’d say this is an entirely fraudulent site although they’ve gone to great lengths to make it appear legitimate . AVOID unless you wish to be £210 worse off, like I am.

Virtual shop from Spain, best regards!

I ordered at 30/05 Ray-Ban® RX7074, order number is #595125. They immediately took the money but the order was not shipped. After a while I contacted them and got information that the frame is not available and it will be after four weeks. I changed the frame for another one also Ray-Ban® RX7047 but Matte trasp grey and paid additional 3.10 GBP. They said that it will last the same. Order number is #605678. It was 20/07/2018. At 11/09/2018 I contacted them to say that I can't wait any more and that I would make final change to OAKLEY RX TRILLBE X OX8130, because the frame is available, as stated on the site. After a week they respon that they are busy. Since than I have been sending a lot of mails but nothing. Finally I asked from them to refund the money and they of course didn't replay. Worst service ever. How can legal shop take the funds and cheat without any consequences? The site is still active and the shop is working. I lost 64.40 GBP. Can someone regulate this finally or they will have just bad review. This is EU, right?

Looks like a scam

It passed 2 weeks and they don't respond to my emails.
I've contact them via chat also.
My order status (616019) is locked on "En proceso - Fabricación".
I still have some faith that they will send the glasses.

Wrong product delivered a month after ordering - promised shipping in 24-hours!

I ordered and received confirmation that the product would be shipped in 24 hours.

After a week or so I still had not received a tracking number so I asked them what was going on. The response came 3 days later that the product was out of stock ‘as it said on their website’ when I ordered.

I had deliberately checked before ordering because I had seen on a couple of other sites that they were out of stock, so that is untrue.

Nothing happened for another 3 weeks and then they delivered the wrong size of the product I delivered. 2 days later I am still waiting for their response to my email saying they delivered incorrectly.

Update 16/10/18: Still no response from GranOptic 3 weeks later, despite many attempts to call, email and chat with them.

Paid £96 for a pair of sunglasses in March. Still waiting for a refund. Complete fraudulent operation and needs shutting down. To make matters worse, they do not even have the decency to respond to correspondence.

Still waiting for refund on order #597187

This is the second time I have bought sunglasses from GranOptic. There was no issue with delivery of order (apart from being a little slow). Both times I have returned them as didn't fit. The first time, it took 3 months for my refund to appear. This time it's 4 months and counting... no response to my emails.

They are fraudsters & online scammers

They are fraudsters & online scammers - AVOID at all costs.

This is a well dressed website that looks legitimate on first glance. They claim to offer 20% discounts on sunglasses. You place your order and they immediately take your money.

Your order will sit in a pending status and nothing will happen.

They have no phone number to call and do not respond to emails.

I am lucky I made my purchase on my credit card who issued a charge back after 15 days, otherwise I am sure my money would have been gone.

Whoever operates this website should face criminal charges of fraud, the director is listed as:

Buyer beware of Gran Optic Fraud Company

Buyer beware. This company will scam you big time. Fraudsters. They will not deliver your sunglasses. They are smooth operator thieves on the net. The website surprisingly is still operational and they are daily offering a 20% discount promo to entice unsuspecting customers. They will take your money and not deliver. You will send the many emails and you will not get a response. If you have used a credit card and already gone ahead with this company, then you can raise a dispute with your credit card company. Do this fast before time runs out. See the other reviews on trust pilot! Not looking good at all!
