I’ve tried several survey sites over the years, but GrapeData is in a league of its own. The B2B focus makes a huge difference—instead of wasting time on low-paying consumer surveys about which cereal... See more

Can't log in. It keeps saying something went wrong! They also reject my surveys

I’ve been using GrapeData for a few months now and overall, the experience has been positive. The surveys are relevant and usually short, and I appreciate that they focus on professional opinions rather than just general consumer feedback. The payouts are fair for the time spent, and the user interface is clean and easy to navigate.
However, my main issue lies in the limited payment method. Currently, they only offer PayPal for withdrawals. While PayPal is popular, it's not the most convenient option for everyone. In some countries, PayPal has high fees or isn't widely supported, which limits access to earnings. It would be a big improvement if GrapeData could introduce additional payment options like bank transfers, Wise, Revolut, or even crypto for flexibility.
In summary, GrapeData is a great platform for professionals looking to earn from surveys—but to reach a broader user base, they really should diversify their payment methods.

Waste of time and resources.
They have cancelled all my tasks for the past one month. Not even a single one has been accepted. I kept giving them time as I had read somewhere they are kinda legit. However, I can confirm they are a total waste of time. For example, I did recent surveys on "Laboratory Molecular Testing and Your University Experience." In the first one, I contacted my friend and arranged a phone-call that lasted almost one hour. Today they have cancelled it and on asking why they say I didn't meet their qualifications yet I was not disqualified. To the new members, just don't waste your time.

Everything went great, the surveys are easy to fill and the payment was done in time.

My account got blocked for reasons I’m yet to understand then after that I got an accepted response that has been on my balance and hasn’t been paid out. This is really unfair.

Grape data has been doing a great job, always pay within 24hrs after acceptance.
I should've given 5 stars but my issue is about the automatic blocking of accounts that stated recently. It's so frustrating to have your account blocked over night for no just cause please do something. Also I'll like suggest multiple payments systems instead of just PayPal

What a waste of time and energy. I did all the interviews as requested and submitted evidence, only for them to be declined. Really? Did you guys even check the work, or did you just decide to decline all interviews? Not fair at all.

I would not recommend anyone to start working with Grapedata. So, I did the surveys (remote) and submitted all the required information, including screenshots of phone calls I had arranged with the required people. This was tiresome as I had to move along with their time schedule. Yet, after submitting, you have decided to cancel all of them, as say I did not meet the requirements. You are a waste of time.

They accepted my interviews, but never paid till today. I wouldn't recommend it.

I received my payments on time after texting the company on the matter. Good response.

If you follow up and explain your main concerns, they will pay you and reply. Thanks

I completed a survey and submitted it for review. Contrary to my previous experience, the review was not completed within a day after the submission. I had to send a query to Grape support. (Surprisingly) the query was addressed straight away - the review was completed and I got paid within the next 24 hours.

My recent survey experience with GrapeData was positive. The platform was easy to use, and the process went smoothly. I appreciate the support team's prompt assistance and clear communication. I would consider participating in future surveys. Thank you!

I am still waiting to get paid out for a project that had been reviewed and accepted.

Reply from GrapeData
I cannot say my experience is too bad. But i dislike that support team or project managers are not taking my emails seriously, and that you are not reviewing my submissions or contributions to 6 projects, all submitted in January and February.

Reply from GrapeData
Can you please respond to my email and review my contributions to some projects?

Reply from GrapeData
It is a good platform, but sometimes it takes much longer to review or correct submissions.
I have several submissions on several projects, made between January and March, still showing " in review ' status.
