Paint was excellent. Good coverage, great finish.
The company as a whole is also excellent. Website easy to order from, and the delivery was spot on, and quick.
Won’t be buying paints from anywhere else again.

Quick delivery and paint is lovely to use. First time we have purchased Graphenstone, and already have plans to buy some more.

The products were recommended to me by a friend. The company were very helpful as regards to the amount of product I required for my job. The product was delivered within a couple of day. I ordered exterior primer and paint. I haven’t used the paint yet but the primer was extremely easy to apply and has provided an excellent coat over my line wash walls.

I have recently bought a tin of paint from the company and had issues with the delivery address,
The first time I rang up I had a rude, obnoxious and patronizing women answer the phone, who clearly should not be on the customer service side of the business as she doesn't know how to use her ears but only her mouth when a customer is trying to resolve an issue, after back an forth debating with this women about re arranging the delivery address as there were some confusion where the paint was going, the issue was resolved to go to the correct address on Friday,
Thursday I got the tin of paint a day early, then Friday I then got an different email address stating they were delivering another tin of paint to my address, when calling this company on this new email address that was provided, I thought this was another company I had tried to order from as the emails were different,
So when i called this number to query about this order I was then met again with the same patronizing women who said it's you again from the other day, and made patronizing comments referring to me thinking it was another company and she wouldn't even take the time of day to listen but make rude comments, I then realized that this is the same company who had already delivered the paint and was trying to deliver me another tin of paint,
but rather than listening she went on about me thinking it was another company and how I had mucked up,
Honestly I have never had to deal with someone that has made my blood boil the way this women has done absolutely 0 customer service skills and definitely needs training on how to talk to people without rude comments which are not needed when customers are trying to resolve an issue, I have not even tried the paint yet but the customer service from this company I would give 0 stars.
You know who you are and you should think about how your affecting the company is such a negative way as I won't be recommending or re purchasing from this company.

Really great quality paints, and not overpriced. Very similar to standard retail price paints or sometimes cheaper. And they are so low odor it is so much nicer to use and live with. However they could improve the description and guidance on the website about their colours. Explaining undertones, what pairs with what well, and better images of the paint in real life on the pictures. The Little Greene website for example is more helpful for beginners trying to learn to make a colour scheme with many guides, recommendations and examples of what paint to pair with what other paint colour. More information like that would make it much easier to buy colours and plan without paying for billions of samples. Also having a colour swatch card set made with actual paint would help hugely in choosing initial selections for sampling.

I had an excellent service from Graphenstone. After ordering 8 litres of a colour, waiting months to paint, and changing my mind about the colour in the interim (oops!), I could not return the paint. However, I sent the paint back to them and they remixed the colour for me to get it as close to the new colour I wanted. A very flexible and creative solution! All in all the paint was picked up, mixed, and redelivered to my house in three days, and the customer service was excellent throughout. I was even contacted afterward to see how I liked the new colour -- this was my first time buying 'fancier' paint, as I wanted something environmentally friendly that would last, and wasn't harmful to me as I painted. Now I don't think I can go back to the cheap stuff. The colour is very flat, matte, and beautiful!

Im happy to discover this one. its nice stuff. i would always buy from here. its understandable, but i wish was a bit cheaper tho. does not change the fact that its nice stuff. takes quick to dry, faster than says on the tin. its like less than a minute. i dunno. have nothing bad to say. honestly i tried to think of anything that could improve it. but its good stiff :)

Beautiful colour swatch card arrived next day as promised. Appreciate the free delivery. Colours are attractive and the card is cleverly designed so that the complementary tones are grouped together for easy comparison.

I went onto your website and ordered 1 litre of paint at a cost of about £26. After putting in my address it calculated a shipping fee of £5. Total cost £31.50. My payment was accepted and my order confirmed.
The next day I received an email to say you wanted an additional £14 for shipping. I was furious and cancelled the order.
Then I contacted Zinser and asked their advice. They recommend Zinser Grade 1 for my house. I payed about £47 for 2 1/2 litres and £3.99 for next day delivery.
You do the maths.

Beautiful paint, goes on so well and a little goes a long way. The colour is soft & muted but doesn’t look flat like other paints. A little pricey but definitely worth every penny. Will be purchasing again and would certainly recommend. Delivery was quick and packaging was great. 5* all round.

Information on the website makes it really easy to identify the best product to meet specific needs for any given project. Purchase process is simple and efficient. Delivery time to my (rural) location has been really quick every time I have made a purchase.

The company use APC delivery
...they can be woeful to deliver and made excuses about a late delivery. I informed the company who sent another tester by royal mail.
I will have to however, use another address for the main paint delivery as royal mail is not an option for weighty items. Good service delivery for the tester ....not so good for the main order.

Arrived on time, well packaged.
Great coverage from the Nevada Ultra as mist layer and additional coat on new plaster work.
Other colours give good saturation.
Colour card gives a good representation of the colours.
Barely detectable odour.
So pleased I bought from Graphenstone.
