The quality of the meat is good, however it seems there is very poor quality control in the packaging department. I have been repeatedly receiving ground beef packages that have been cut into the package breaking the seal, allowing freezer burn. I like to order products from US Wellness meat because of the ready-to-put-in-the freezer packaging, but I will need to find another company for ground beef. There are always some packages where the seal is broken every time I order ground beef. This has not improved over time. This applies to the patties too.

This is really good ground beef, but I actually prefer leaner ground beef. I grew up on my Dad's ranch and I am use to lean ground beef. I don't like that extra fat is put in, but the taste of this ground beef is really good. What is important to me is that it is grass fed and that it does not have all the extra garbage in it that comercial beef does. Thank you for having it for us to purchase.

Love this ground beef! Makes my meatballs and meatloaf spectacular. Sometimes I wish it was a little coarser grind...sometimes it's a little too "pate" style...but the taste and quality cannot be beat. If you're on the fence about this package of grass fed, wholesome ground beef, go for it! You won't be sorry!
