Because the 85% lean ground beef is too fat for my taste, I changed to your ground sirloin 8 oz. patties. The two patties work perfectly in my recipes for chili and spaghetti sauce. Thank you for providing so many choices of super healthy meat. Ordering and deliveries are perfect.

The quality of the meat is good, however it seems there is very poor quality control in the packaging department. I have been repeatedly receiving ground beef packages that have been cut into the package breaking the seal, allowing freezer burn. I like to order products from US Wellness meat because of the ready-to-put-in-the freezer packaging, but I will need to find another company for ground beef. There are always some packages where the seal is broken every time I order ground beef. This has not improved over time. This applies to the patties too.
