Super High Quality Items. Really impressed with the Dragon Ball Z Collab Weight Vest in particular, I've had multiple weight vests in the past but this one is worth every penny. However, this review is 5 stars more so because of their customer service. I bought multiple items and I wasn't happy with one of them in which I contacted them via email and received a response the next morning and arranged for a collection the morning after. Everything was really quick and cordial. Special thank you to Lydia and Vicky. I was considering other calisthenics brands for other equipment in the future but I will definitely stay with Gravity Fitness if they have what I need.

Great service
Great service! From ordering to delivery it was about 4 days. Unlike some fitness equipment sites, it actually was in stock, was given up to date picking and delivery notifications and arrived as advertised.
I’ve bought the up to 30kg weighted vest. Solid weights, very good quality material and fits perfectly although it does take some getting used to.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the mace bells. I’ve purchased the 6kg and 12kg so far. There was a delay with delivery through no fault of gravity fitness, but as soon as I raised it with them, they somehow managed to hurry the delivery along and I got the delivery within a few hours . Great value for money, the product are top quality and will last a lifetime

Strong Equipment, Weak Logistics!
Gravity Fitness makes decent training equipment. Unfortunately, their customer service and delivery process appear to be part of an experimental obstacle course — one that the customer must complete alone.
I ordered £180 worth of equipment as a Christmas present for my teenage son. Parcel one was apparently “accepted on delivery,” which was impressive given that no one was home and it was thoughtfully abandoned on the front step like a gym-themed Easter egg.
Parcel two decided to pursue a more adventurous journey. On the second delivery attempt it was meant to be sent to a Yodel/InPost shop, but somehow the address was incomplete on Yodel’s own website. A truly remarkable feat of logistics.
Third time lucky — we finally received the Christmas present mid-January, just in time to celebrate… absolutely nothing. Gravity Fitness customer services rounded off the experience with a heartfelt and deeply reassuring: “Sorry for the inconvenience.” No solution, no ownership, just vibes.
To be clear: the products themselves are fine. But buying them feels like signing up for a test of patience, resilience, and your ability to repeatedly explain the same issue to people who don’t read previous messages.
Needless to say, I won’t be buying again — nor recommending Gravity Fitness to anyone who values reliable delivery, competent support, or Christmas arriving in December.

We do feel the review is a little unfair given the circumstances.
There were indeed two parcels sent, and both tracking numbers were sent to you via email so you would know to expect 2 parcels. We can see that you didn't contact us to advise there were any items missing until 26th December which is a bank holiday so our office was closed on that day. We would recommend all customers purchasing for Christmas presents to check everything over before gifting, just to ensure everything is there and they are the correct items. If you're expecting 2 parcels and only receive 1, then we would recommend contacting us as quickly as possible so that we can chase any missing items before the big day.
The second parcel was reported to be refused upon delivery.
We contacted you again on 30th December to advise we could resend the order and asking for your confirmation but as you were away and not receiving emails, we didn't get a reply until 6th January. We resent the order to your delivery address which you redirected to a Londis which unfortunately was unable to receive the order on your behalf. We resent the order again to an alternative address for you which you asked for on 12th January which finally did get to you.
We can only apologise on behalf of the courier for any delivery issues. We do try our best to assist on behalf of the customer, but the Christmas period unfortunately is a mix of closed offices and an extremely busy network as the depots open and close over the festive period.
We also apologise if you feel we didn't do enough, but we do feel that we offered a solution on multiple occasions and took ownership of the situation right away and dealt with deliveries as best we could.
We are glad to hear you love the equipment, and we hope your son enjoys it also. Maybe in the future you'll try us again and hopefully have a much better delivery experience.

Definitely give them an opportunity
Amazing quality on the few products that I bought so far, definitely will get some more equipment from Gravity fitness in the future. Delivery is faster then I was expecting and so far they’ve been offering me good discounts even being a new buyer to them. Even the app is completely worth to get for anyone into calisthenics.

Bands Lost and Gravity Fitness made it right!
I ordered the bands and they got lost due to DPD delivering to the wrong address. I informed Gravity Fitness and the representative confirmed the correct address and they resent them. I appreciated them sending them again and they work great. Thanks, I will remember this in the future when buying items for my fitness!
