I can't commend enough the patience, warmth and welcome I received from Becca and the team. At all points they were helpful, thoughtful and gave excellent service. Highly recommend. Love my new spectacles!

I went to the store a few days ago to have my glasses adjusted, and the gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly and professional. I believe he was the practice manager. He fitted my glasses perfectly and also gave me some great advice on frames that suited me.
They have a fantastic selection of unique, handmade frames that I’ve never come across before. I particularly loved the frames made from recycled vinyl musical records they’re so creative and distinctive.
I highly recommend Gray & Bull Opticians. The service is excellent, and the whole experience was fantastic.

I have a very high prescription, and the optician did a fantastic job of turning it into a beautiful, stylish pair of glasses. Special thanks to Becca for listening to me and making this possible. Excellent service, attention to detail and expertise. I would highly recommend them!

One year on and hear I am again to tell you of my suberb visit to Gray & Bull in Nottingham City Centre. Yet again I would like to share my delight of there professalism & support from start to finish.So I hope you read my review last year and called in to recieve the most delightful welcome with the upmost professional experience from the whole team. In the coming months a refurbishment is to take place so if you haven't popped in to recieve the exceptional service they offer already with fashionable eyewear I tell you your missing out.

Really great experience. I’m a returning customer because the service is excellent and the attention to detail is spot on. They have a great range of frames from niche brands that are 100% better quality than the standard offer from other opticians. They know what they are talking about and will offer suggestions that fit with your lifestyle.

Excellent eyewear, all the spectacles frames are so unique and are all hand made, beautifully designed, I now going to get all my future glasses from Gray and bull opticians.

Extremely disappointed. All the hype about being a good trustworthy opticians. Definitely not!!! Had nothing but trouble, now on my 3rd prescription in less than 8 months due to their poor quality of work. They refuse to admit liability for making me so ill I had to take 3 days off work due to severe eye strain. I’m now going to issue court proceedings for loss of earnings and the costs associated with my expensive useless eyewear. Things are so bad from Gray and Bull I’m using my old glasses from Vision Express.

Their costs are extortionate and not quality, the lenses from Nikon are poor quality as are their frames. Please avoid this place at all costs

I've never seen such a wide selection of high quality brands in my time of wearing glasses. Great choice and great friendly service; the staff are all very knowledgeable.
