I had a great experience at Graystone referral centre. I had experienced years of living with periodic pain from my wisdom teeth.

During the consultation I received a through explanation and examination, which included a CT scan and a report. The consultation allowed me to understand my options, the procedure and all the risk and benefits in advance, so I was able to make an informed decision comfortably.

I had expected to need an expensive General Anaesthetic but the team were able to provide IV sedation during the removal of two wisdom teeth and a partial removal of a lower wisdom tooth, which was only partially removed to prevent damage to an important facial nerve in my jaw.

The procedure went smoothly and the recovery was a lot less painful than I was expecting. I was informed of what to expect during recovery both during the initial consultation and on the day of the procedure, additionally I received a follow up aftercare call to check up on me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great experience at Graystone referral centre for a tooth extraction recently. Dr AJ Ray-Chaudhuri and his team were excellent in their manner, Dr Ray-Chaudhuri explained the treatment options clearly and ensured I was relaxed throughout the procedure. After care also very good, with a phone call to ensure no complications after the procedure. Ability to watch a favourite TV programme during the procedure was a welcomed distraction! I was referred to Graystone by my dentist. I had an initial consultation with Mr. Ray-Chaudhuri and subsequently agreed to a schedule of treatment leading to a full mouth reconstruction. This began in September 2022 and included the surgical removal of broken teeth and implant therapy. The procedure is now complete and I am extremely delighted with the result. All the staff at the practice are very friendly and attentive. AJ is very personable, professional, thorough, very skilled and a perfectionist. I would be only too pleased to recommend this dental practice to anyone.

At the time I was recommended to contact Greystone, by my hygienist, I was suffering with intense pain in my jaw. After my initial call to them I was quickly booked in (sdame day) and had a CT scan of the jaw resulting in a diagnosis that my own dentist had been unable to provide. At all time I found them highly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, informative and extremmely willing to work with me towards a resolution to my jaw infection. This extended to not only providing an email copy of an X-Ray but also access to the CT scan images via a secure web site and a data stick. This enabled the maxilio facial surgeons to quickly see what the issue was and provide a permanent soution. I have no hesitation in recommending the centre and will certainly contact them agin should the need arise.

Amazing Dentists, great customer care. I am not fond of visiting dentists. But Dr Chaudhury had me relaxed and calm.

My 11year old son is needle phobic and has ADHD. After a nasty fall he needed a root canal treatment on his front tooth. Emma was fantastic. She talked me through the procedure so I could prepare him prior. Whilst in the chair she managed the treatment beautifully so that he came through the procedure without being traumatised. I can’t thank the team enough.

The whole team at Graystone Referral Centre, from reception to consultants, were kind, caring and professional. I was referred to them by my own dentist following an accident resulting in me losing some of my bottom teeth and part of the jaw bone with them. After a rather traumatic experience they dealt with the situation calmly, promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend the service.

An easy, educational, clean and friendly dental practice. I was put at ease as soon as I booked in with a very friendly receptionist who made the booking very easy and straightforward. I then had my appointment with AJ who was interested in why I had this tooth issue and was very educational as to why this issue could of occurred. I was in the dentist chair for 2 hours, and was constantly checked on and talked through the whole procedure which put me at ease (as well as the ceiling TV to distract me). The final result was so good and my teeth now look great. Very grateful to the team and would 100% return.

I recommend Grayston Referral Centre for utterly professional and well supported dental guidance and treatment. My own treatment which took place from January 2023 through August 2023 has not only improved my dental wellbeing but that of my general health aswell. I visited Graystone's to have a complicated filling in my wisdom tooth. Sadly I've had this attempted at other dentists but within weeks it had fallen out.

Graystone Referral is a very relaxing environment which made me feel calm even before I went into the surgery.

Mr Ray-Chaudhuri was excellent, he examined my teeth and told me exactly what he was going to do step-by-step. I then put on my headphones to listen to music as suggested by the very helpful dental nurses.

Mr Ray-Chaudhuri is very skilled and I left with a very smooth filling, which I am delighted to say is still perfectly intact 18 months later.

The whole team at Graystone are so friendly and professional I felt I was in very safe and trustworthy hands every visit . There is a degree of honesty and excellent support which I have yet to experience at any other dental practice . Outstanding .
