These were just as ordered and quite easy to install. The color is perfect, just what I needed to lighten up the room. I purchased samples which made picking the colors much easier. The problem with buying online is that you don't get a close look at the finished product. While the fabric is perfect, I didn't realize how much space would be visible around the top without a valance for an inside mount. The final look is still clean and uncluttered.

This is my second purchase from…
This is my second purchase from Graywind, and I can see they are actively working to improve what was already a very good product. The outdoor shades we ordered arrived in perfect condition and are excellent, good looking and achieve the objective of lowering the temperature in two rooms of our home. Graywind Customer Service is…
Graywind Customer Service is outstanding. I ordered 2 different vertical blinds for my living/dining rooms and installed them myself. The dining room went up flawlessly and the quality of the materials was perfect. The second set was for a custom sized set of sliding doors that needed some assembly. Once I got everything together and installed, I realized the motor only opened the blinds by remote... Well after a back and forth conversation with C.S. they showed me how to reset the motor. This fixed the issue and now the wife is happy!!!

I was somewhat skeptical about measuring on my own and ordering online. However, this was a great decision. The blinds were very professionally packaged, arrived quickly and the instructions for installation were very clear. I love the solar option we ordered. Absolutely perfect!
