I'm a big fan of the weekly newsletters, I tried making some of the pasta recipes in them, which was good fun combining new ingredients I never thought of before. The website has a great variety of chefs and recipes, which I really appreciate and keep me coming back again and again for inspiration!

I've been a chef for 4 decades and this site is a must for new, old and inspirational recipes for all levels of abilities. Filled with great stories and products to try

Absolutely great site. Well thought out ideas, recipes that never fail and are also adaptable to suit individual tastes. Very useful for jogging routine ideas into special dishes. Thankyou!

Love all the recipes on here, in particular the vegetarian selection. It is always hard to find good veggie recipes but the ones I have tried from here have been delicious.

Love getting GBC’s newsletters through to see what amazing recipes they have each week. Lots to choose from. This inspires me to plan for at least a week ahead. Be a Michelin star cook in your own home!

Inspiring, high‑quality recipes, chef‑led content and great customer service!

As a genuine foody loving all things relating to sourcing ingredients, discovering new talented chefs, cooking accutraments and generally being an over indulgent lover of gastronomy, I have never found GBC to fall short of my needs either as voyeur, consumer or spotter of talent. Thank you GBC I don't hold you responsible for my current weight, but you may have something to do with it. Keep up the good work.

Great website with good offers. For any keen home cook this is an on must go to website for inspiring and delicious recipes that are not complicated.

Customer service very prompt and helpful response. Good way to get new recipes to try - both easy and accessible and more sophisticated.

GBC taught me how to do so much. I have used it for sous vide recipes; for following chefs I like, and to see how high end chefs use ingredients.

But what you would really pay for here is their Signature Series, which has superb videos with a curated list of excellent chefs.

I have never tried to cancel and so haven't had a chance to encounter the negative experiences that others mention.

However it is certainly true that there isn't much new content these days, and in general the in-house 'GBC Kitchen' recipes are not as good (surprise) as the ones from the chefs at Michelin starred (or bib gourmanded) restaurants.

I've signed up today for the 14 day trial but may well cancel it. I have various issues: 1) Most of the recipe content is very old, dating back to 2016 and 2017, so does not fully embrace modern food trends, 2) it is not really suitable for a professional chef for the most part - too basic, 3) it has very little of any value on plating, 4) it covers trivial DIY stuff like Bake Off which is of no interest to me, 5) some of the "how to's" are just nonsense. I think You Tube has probably overtaken this website.
