0 Stars. As mentioned in other reviews, the app makes it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. The app does not show up in App Store or Google Play subscriptions, and there are absolutely no instructions offered on the site to cancel. After more than 20 emails back and forth in which they continually asked for more information, customer service said they couldn’t locate my account and couldn’t stop charging my card monthly. It’s a scam!

Very Strange Experience – BEWARE!

I have no recollection of ever signing up for this app, yet on April 16th I received a temporary password, followed by an email and a bank charge for an annual subscription, along with instructions on how to download the app.

I immediately contacted the company, only to be told I was outside their 48-hour cancellation window—something I find difficult to accept, given that April 16th was the first and only communication I received from them.

While they have graciously offered a 25% refund, the whole experience feels very odd and unsettling.

Please be cautious before engaging with this app or service. Something doesn’t add up.

giving this one star because i can't give it none. today greatness has taken an unauthorised subscription from my bank account even though i have no live subscriptions to it on the apple's app store. looking on google for a route to find any subscription information it tells me to go to the app but there is absolutely no route on the app to either find subscription, cancel or indeed contact anyone. this feels like a scam. i would avoid using this app because a) its not very good and b) they hide the subscription on the App Store so you don’t know that it’s there or when they plan to renew and c) accordingly they take unauthorised subscription amounts from you, and don't give you any way to contact them.

UPDATE: 17/3 despite their pledge below to resolve things Greatness have NOT explained why they PURPOSELY OBSCURE a live subscription in the App Store nor why there is PURPOSELY no subscription info or NO CLEAR ROUTE TO CONTACT THEM ON THE APP ITSELF. Google shows Reddit convos which claim this is CRIMINAL behaviour. It does indeed feel like falling for a SCAM. And they are clearly NOT committed to RESOLVING.

No obvious way to cancel the subscription if you subscribe through your email. I have emailed the company to request to terminate my subscription. (Not expecting to get money back for what I've already paid though.) Otherwise I'll instruct my bank not to permit any further payments to them. The app itself isn't anything great in my opinion (having used Fabulous for quite a while). I signed up to this one in a moment of folly. I will update the review if they confirm cancellation of the subscription.
Update - there was a confirmation of cancellation email, but I don't know (yet) if I get any benefit from the money I've already paid.
Update2: Customer service reached out to me again and offered a partial refund, which I appreciate greatly. I suggested that the app needs a bit more work to support people in planning their time, but to be fair I haven't used it much yet. I will continue to explore it a bit more until the end of the period that I've paid for, and update here again if so.
